Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

TanzaniaThe customer service especially at front desk was very poor especially from a lady called Fatima. When we were checking out on 28th June morning one of my colleague was given a bill for the food she never offered l. The receptionist that morning did not understand and kept on insisting that she should pay. The customer care does not match the standards level of this hotel and this should be addressed as a matter of urgency.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is excellent.

LatviaBreakfast is served until 10:00, but you have to arrive early, because after 9:00 the buffet offer decreases - hot dishes are not replenished. The pool is very small and is located in the restaurant area. It is more decorative than practical. However, it is there, which is not bad. Very suitable for children. The restaurant is really expensive. The cost of a meal (lunch or diner) is at least 20,000 CFA per person.
The hotel meets the standard of a four-star hotel. The information provided on the website is correct and the reviews are also consistent with my experience. The hotel is located in a place where the port, train station and the African Museum are easily accessible. The rooms are very cozy, the staff is kind, there is an opportunity to exchange currency on site at the reception.

NigeriaOne of two of the kitchen staff were snobbish and you had to repeat yourself several times before they attended to us even when I spoke French.
The breakfast buffet was nice, there was a wide spread of different foods to choose from and they were delicious. The reception staff and commercial manager are fantastic and have great customer service. The rooms were neat and the bathroom well stocked. I asked for another room for a better view and they were kind enough to change it. The location was fantastic 👏🏾

GambiaThere are a lot of renovations going on with the rooms. The walls look like they were recently painted with masking tapes everywhere. It was not really aesthetically appealing, but it did not really bother me.
The breakfast was great, but it could have used a little more meaty variety. The front desk staff was very warm, friendly, and helpful. The security personnel were very helpful as well.
