Very close to the centre, about a 20 minute walk, and close to the path past the three towers. Room was clean and WiFi worked well. Parking available outside.

the hotel is situated on the main road to the old town. parking is available right in front of the hotel on the side of the road. the owner is nice, breakfast is ample.

Outstanding welcoming staff in this cute little hotel with a vintage charm. Car park, restaurant, views all nice and on top very clean. No frills room and en-suite bathroom a bit on the shorter side nevertheless comfy sleeping. Great fast Wi-Fi, Airco and a glass lift/elevator to all floors. The highlight is the restaurant dinner. You absolutly should dine there. It's really really but really good Italian cuisine. A good point to start your tour to ancient San Marino city centre. Absolutely recommended especially if arriving by car or motorbike.

Nothing really to not like! They should update their photos to better represent how nice it is to stay there. The rooms are simple and small, but that was perfectly fine for us and still comfortable.

What a surprise!!!! We did not expect much but it was really nice to stay here. Absolutely incredible view, great location, clean, nice restaurant during the day and a hidden gem of a romantic restaurant in the back with stone walls. The staff was so friendly and had a great attitude, singing, laughing, and smiling. It is also a GREAT location to walk into the center. Plus easy parking but it is a small space. They also welcomed us with informative brochures and a tourist card. They also helped us with a taxi. Could not recommend more to stay here or to nominate them for an award.

The location is a bit far from the city center and there are some parts you are walking on the car road, but I didn’t mind the walk in the morning especially with the scenery with fall colors. At night though, in San Marino, things close early in fall and winter, so you will be walking back in dark.

Helpful staff. Spacious room that has everything you need. The bed was big and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs is great. Great quality food.

The room doesn't match what I have booked: i booked a 15 sqm room but the room I stayed is maybe just half of that; no drinks in the fridge, also no balcony and window is not possible to open completely; not to mention the "view" is bunch of garage. It is half hour walk fromsan Marino city centre, all the way up hill. I recommend to book here only if U have a car. Otherwise it s dangerous to walk aside the road where cars drive so fast.

Wifi was good. Staff are nice. Breakfast was good, many choices,bread are fresh , fresh coffee is served. Location is safe.

The bathroom is small and needs renovation.

The staff was excellent and friendly. We received the keys even before check-in. The hotel has a great restaurant with a friendly staff and good food. The location is not right in the center, but it is very close and can be reached by a pleasant walk with a view.

Nothing in particular - yes the room and bathroom were small as noted by other guests, though it completely met our needs and wasn’t anything to complaint about.

Staff were great, restaurant was excellent (even very helpful in cooking off menu for our daughter). Location to walk up into San Marino old town and the fortress was great - we enjoyed walking up the old train tunnel.

Not a negative as such. But Bathroom was a little small for me - but I’m 6’2” (187) so perhaps I’m bigger than most.

Nice room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing. And the restaurant they run at dinner time comes *highly* recommended!
