How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nothing! Comfortable stay.
Good locale, views were excellent. Right next door to a restaurant with dinner and breakfast (closed on Tuesdays, make sure you keep this in mind unlike us 🤣) Very spacious room. Toilet and shower in the room were good quality. The staff were very friendly and so helpful with getting taxis to and from Rimini.

Ventilation and air conditioner needs service and cleaning.
Ideal for modest family. Free parking in front of the building, classic budget hotel. 24h receptionist. Beds and room was very clean and neat. I would come back again.

We had dinner at the restaurant and my wife had a meal she thought she would wish to eat it again before she dies, or rather, she would wish it to be the last meal before she dies! It was a beefsteak, but I cannot remember the name of the meal. I myself had a pizza.` We continued to sit at the terrace of the restaurant for the rest of the evening and the staff and the waiters were truly hospitable. I wish to thank them all for a great reception.

Difficult to get to Citta di San Marino from there without a car. No Ubers, limited buses and few sidewalks.
They allowed us to store our bikes in the basement.

Great Location next to bus stop for San M or other way. Had a great view from the back. Pizza fantastic at restaurant downstairs and great breakfast buffet. Rooms spacious and comfortable. recommended.

hotel is located at a very short drive from parking 11 from where we can take the cable car to san marino centre. staff was helpful and provided us with 2 EU type chargers when our travel adaptor was not working ! the restaurant in ground floor had good food and alcohol, overall very convenient stay.

Everything was great, only the heating in the room 109 was not working properly. It was too hot and we couldn’t stop it. In the other room everything was just fine.
Very nice small hotel. The old city is easily accessible in 5 minutes by car. You can easily park your car in front of the hotel or behind it should the front parking be full.

The main road goes along the hotel, so it is quite loud even with windows closed.
The room was warm - even too warm with 14C outside. At least we did not have to freeze. Easy parking, easy access.

Although the room is renovated it was done with cheap furniture and the bathroom was painted over the tiles but that color is already pealing and there is an ultrasmall plastic shower cabin. Pitty the renovation was done cheaply and half way. There is cute restaurant on the ground floor but unfortunately we were placed on the covered terrace where there are cheap tables and chairs. Also the tv-screens were playing aggressive music and commercials and that was quite irritating to listen in the morning. But all said this hotel is still good value for money
