Location, furnishings.

Included Breakfast does not deserve the name. Do not believe what you are told about parking on market day. Follow the signs.

Our host, Deborah, met us upon arrival, which was good because I don’t know that we would have found the accommodation on our own. There is a non-descript door just off Borgo Maggiore which opens up to the bedroom. We liked the location and the bed was very confortable.

We thought the room was great, but it could perhaps do with some adjustments. Closet space for clothes was a bit limited, and there were no curtains to shut out the light, but we discovered the shutters outside the window to do the trick. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you, between the clock tower chiming throughout the night (every 15 mins??!!), and the revellers from the bar across the road who continued their party on the street! …but that’s all part of the charm, supposedly!

It was clean and has been renovated beautifully. The communication with the host was great, and the little café for breakfast was delicious.

Unfortunately, on the Saturday, the bar across the square had very loud music and singing until 2am . The next night was quiet and lovely.

We liked everything about our stay. The suite was in a great location, very quiet and yet a cable car ride from the centre - all together about 5 mins. One Suite was absolutely beautiful and well exceeded our expectations. We loved the design, quality and great facilities. A really comfortable bed, pillows and Netflix made our stay even better. A lovely breakfast in the cafe nearby was really good too. Thank you for having us, Deborah. It was a real pleasure.

Better than expected! Closer, nicer and lovely spot. Wish we had spent more than a night in San Marino. Exactly like the pictures.

Host was super accommodating and helpful. San Marino is a "check the box" destination and she helped us check all the boxes, including securing us sunset dining.

The room is not air conditioned.

The location of the accomodation is perfect. Parking place is save. The host is very kind.

Beautifully furnished apartment on the Piazza. Lovely host who gave us tickets for the cable car to go up to the old city. Beautiful shops and restaurants in the old city, also a nice restaurant close to the apartment where we had dinner.

Noisy at night as there is a restaurant/bar where people talk until early hours in the morning

Great location and beautifully decorated room. The cable car is less than 5 minutes walk.

There's a bell tower on top of the building which rings every 15 minutes throughout.

One Suite is incredibly well-appointed and thoroughly considered. Our host was friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptionally clean and met all our expectations! Definitely the place to stay when in San Marino! Highly recommend.

The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. There was tea,coffee , and some snacks on our arrival. The host answered our texts promptly and was very helpful.

The church bells ran from 7am promptly to a little after 9pm. The bar across the street was loud until the wee hours.

Breakfast was provided at the Cafe or delivered to your room. Wonderful cappuccino and fresh pastries. Delicious.

There were no negatives about this property or the location.

STUNNING apartment with the sweetest owner who goes out of her way to make your stay amazing. Firstly, the suite has had some serious money spent on it, high quality (and incredibly beautiful), very tastefully done, excellent location, only 1 min to center of centre of San Marino, breakfast delivered at a time that suites you (we had a gorgeous selection of bakery goods plus the best coffee of our trip). Would return in a heartbeat, we loved it.

A charming room, tastefully done up with top quality fitting and furnishing. Service is very good too. Deborah found us a free parking lot and was there waiting when we arrived. She also helped to order breakfast when we had trouble with our phone calling the cafe.

The noise from the bar opposite in the late evening but it is not a big concern. We slept well. The bed is comfortable.

Great place to stay with exceptional amenities. The host was friendly and was available at a moment notice. Parking is easy and free. The property is close to the cable cars, which is a plus.

A small communication issue with the checkout time. It was not communicated that the check out time was not the same as stated in on the site.

The service given by the staff was fantastic, they were very attentive and worried about every detail.

Our host was very friendly. The room was ok, but there was no airco, and it was very hot! But there are mosquito-fences, so you can leave the windows open! There is indeed a bar across the square, but it closed around 1 am (on saturday). Bell towers are everywhere you go in San Marino, that did not botter us. The bed is very comfortable,

It is way too expensive for what you get.

A great location for exploring Monte Titano & San Marino. The suite is well furnished, spotlessly clean, lots of attention to detail, breakfast delivered by the local café, free tickets for the cable car & daily restocking of coffee and fridge (soft drinks and water). The owner, Deborah was amazing through our stay ensuring we had the best possible experience!!
