Helpful host, very homely and peaceful

Location and parking was quite good.

The rooms window opens towards gardenside, which is basically not bad wouldn't behind the hedge be a mainroad with a lot of traffic and noise. Bathroom is not within the room, its the next room reachable via a corridor which is shared with other guests, a NoGo nowadays. Breakfast is edible, but this is it.

Perfect location to explore the old town of San Marino. Walking around to the cable car. There was another family staying there so it was a bit awkward with them using the same front door and walking past our room. It meant our bathroom and living area were not as private as they could have been. But as we were mostly out exploring it didn't bother us much. Very friendly hosts who explained everything. We didn't find the aircon despite it listing it had it....

we visited the place off-season, so we had to prepare the breakfast by our selves, but that was not a problem for us.

Really kind host, beautiful setting and property. Really enjoyed the table tennis and the breakfast supplied was amazing.

A great experience overall. The house and garden are beautiful. The host was lovely and helpful. She even helped get into the historic centre on the first day and to the bus when we departed. The breakfast was sufficient for us. The room and bathroom were very clean and met our needs.

The only issue we had was with noisy neighbours who played loud music at times and whose voices were quite audible when in a room whoch shared a wall with the guesthouse.

The house was pleasant and very clean. Our room was fine, and we had a small terrace where we could sit out overlooking the garden.

The breakfast was a disappointment. There was no fresh bread, only pre-packeted items such as French toast, cakes and croissants. No butter or ham provided, and some small packets of Parmesan cheese and yoghurt were available in the fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities were available and there was some fresh fruit. It seemed that not much thought had gone into providing breakfast.

A nice house with parking close to a very good restaurant . Host is nice and the breakfast was ok but very frugal

The air conditioning not really working and we were accommodated 4 in a double room which wasn’t comfy. Breakfast… either offered or not is the same

it has a huge garden, perfect for a barbecue party or even a pool party

a bit hard to reach on foot, you should know the short way to walk from the cable car

The house is really nice! Classy decorated and clean, nice garden as well, good to relax in it. The hosts were very nice as well.

Very nice place to visit San Marino, friendly staff, they explained how to get to see old town, suggested nice restaurants etc. Room was nice and clean, we could park our car for free on driveway. Breakfast was ok, coffe was waiting for us in the morning :) Highly reccomend!
