we visited the place off-season, so we had to prepare the breakfast by our selves, but that was not a problem for us.

The only issue we had was with noisy neighbours who played loud music at times and whose voices were quite audible when in a room whoch shared a wall with the guesthouse.

A great experience overall. The house and garden are beautiful. The host was lovely and helpful. She even helped get into the historic centre on the first day and to the bus when we departed. The breakfast was sufficient for us. The room and bathroom were very clean and met our needs.

The breakfast was a disappointment. There was no fresh bread, only pre-packeted items such as French toast, cakes and croissants. No butter or ham provided, and some small packets of Parmesan cheese and yoghurt were available in the fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities were available and there was some fresh fruit. It seemed that not much thought had gone into providing breakfast.

The house was pleasant and very clean. Our room was fine, and we had a small terrace where we could sit out overlooking the garden.

Room was quite small for 4 persons - although we managed. We had expected direct access from our room to the bathroom - not via the common hallway. All keys to rooms seems to be the same - didn't feel that secure about that.

Nice and quiet place - but still relative close to the old city. Nice welcome but the host. Nice with the breakfast - and kitchen was well equipped.

The rooms window opens towards gardenside, which is basically not bad wouldn't behind the hedge be a mainroad with a lot of traffic and noise. Bathroom is not within the room, its the next room reachable via a corridor which is shared with other guests, a NoGo nowadays. Breakfast is edible, but this is it.

Not walkable. To get to San Marino city, you had to walk along the side of a highway - dirt/trees/bushes, NOT a sidewalk. It was dangerous and sketchy. That was not a breakfast. Milk, coffee, and prepackaged pasteries. No breakfast places walking distance, store required highway crossings to get to. This is only an acceptable place to stay if you have a car. They have plenty of parking.

Easy, flexible checkin. She walked us through the map and told us how to get to the main city.

The rooms was shared which by no means was written anywhere. And the owner took 5€ for the tourist tax but in the site specifically tells that it costs 0,70 per person. Nothing special as a breakfast too..

be prepared for a busy road up to the cable car

the table tennis table!! how close it was to the cable car up to San Marino! price money value :) I think we were alone in the beautiful house and flat and it was like renting a whole place - quiet and undisturbed.

Wow, I couldn't have asked for a better location! It was super close to the tram that goes up to San Marino, and yet it was quiet and homey at the place.
