The staff were very good with my daughter who is gluten free & really tried hard to ensure she had something for breakfast and also in the restaurant on the evening

Shower pressure and water not going down, toilet was leaking. Air conditioning not blowing cold air and was not able to turn off or adjust. Furniture was broken. Hairs on prepared bed.

Location, 2min from funicular. Staff friendly. Breakfast scanty but delicious. Free parking.

There was a smell in the bathroom all the time, seems there were some problems with the plumbing. When we arrived for the breakfast (before 9:00 am), almost everything was finished and the staff was not eager to refill even the limited amount of products available.

The location was very good if you want to visit historic part of Sanmarino. There was a parking available and the room was of a good size, maybe a bit worn-out but clean. The restaurant was good.

AC is not properly working (like not cold) so we had to play around with the setting and also open the window at times as it was hot.

Host were friendly and helpful. Please be aware to reach the accommodation from the town centre bus station is like this and Do not follow the route given by Google maps: head to the furnicular station, take the furnicular down (pay only one way as you will get discounted ticket for staying at the hotel later), once you exit the furnicular station take a right, cross the street and you will see a restaurant with the hotel name. Go inside, the check in counter should be next to the bar.

Couldn't control the air conditioning in the room, which is necessary after closing the window due to noise from the nearby bar. The receptionist tried in vain to find the remote control for the air conditioning, but was unsuccessful.

The hotel is strategically located, very close to the bottom station of the Funivia di San Marino (Cable Car). The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The room facilities were quite okay, the bathroom very nice.

The Bunk-Bed in our room was almost broken and none of my kids slept in it. They don't have lift/elevator in the hotel, hence it was inconvenient to carry big pieces of luggage to our room.

The Hotel is located very close to the Cable car station and was ideal for a day trip to the city centre. The restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel serve very good food and we liked their pizzas a lot. They have good Parking options right in front of the hotel except on Thursdays when there is a flea market setup right in front of the Hotel area. Breakfast was small but ok.

Accessing the room was be a bit tricky, as the room was located on the top floor, and the staircase leading up to it wasn't really spatious (can be problematic with a large suitcase). Nothing that cannot be managed however!

Perfect location right in the historical city centre, just below the castle. Abundant breakfast, friendly staff.

Beautiful little hotel, very comfortable and spacious rooms, quite but central placed, great location, just around the corner of the cable car station. Great food at the Hosteria too, very nice staff. Highly recommended

The way to go to the hotel was initially stressful as Google Maps never show any foot traffic from the historic city center to the hotel. We had to go by the highway which made me feel unsafe. Layer on when we arrive at the site, we found out the we could have either taken a foot trail close to the hotel (which the locals know but was not shown in Google Maps) or take the cable railway nearby (which, again, Google Maps never showed).

The property kept its charm and is located right at the foot of the historic city center of San Marino. The staff were especially helpful and friendly.

They used a little too much air freshener around the rooms.

Directly at the start of the walking path to go up to the towers. And cable car around the corner. The Hostaria has an excellent restaurant! Well visited by all the locals. It is definitely not fancy or luxury, but local. As is the price for staying there. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Close to the fortress in San Marino. Staff was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. In the morning the man at the bar did not speak English and we unfortunately did not speak Italian but we all made ourselves understood, and everyone was friendly.

It's good to have a kettle in the room. And perhaps a bottle or two of water.

It's a decent place to stay for a couple of nights. The location is not the best, but if you don't mind climbing the stairs up to the central of San Marino, then this is good value for money. We had a car, so it was fine. Also, the hotel has a free public parking nearby. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was simple but nice.

We need more instructions to get to the hotel. We arrive by bus. We walked about one hour in a rainy winter evening get there from bus station. Finally, we found it is just a few steps from the cable station, which we did not know there was a cable at Saint martino. By the way, we can barely find information about public transportation in Saint martino on internet.
