Spa needs modernising, pool not very clean Hot water in bathroom very slow resulting in poor shower flow and impossible to use bathtub as would not fill up

I don't know anything bad.

Everything was in perfect order, the staff was nice and friendly. As compatriots, we were pleased with the lady from Slovakia who works here - a nice and warm lady. The room was spacious and cozy. It was perfectly clean, everything was in perfect order. We only managed to try the pool from the wellness area, but we enjoyed it in privacy. While swimming, pleasant relaxing music was playing and the colors in the pool changed. Very pleasant relaxation. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would love to come again.

The staff were incredibly helpful. We enjoyed the room and we can see that the hotel will get better and better over time. The breakfast was lovely and there was a range of different food. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We had a lovely stay. The coffee machine was a lovely touch

A very good hotel in beautiful San Marino! Unfortunately, we only stayed one night and were unable to fully appreciate all its advantages, but we will definitely try to fix this during our next visit.

Disappointed the spa, a main feature of the property is only open in the late afternoon and evening. Soap and shampoo in the shower were empty though nice brand (Argan) when they have it.

Lovely views from some of the rooms. Hotel is in reopening stage so a few things were not 100% yet. Bathroom was very functional with separate shower and deep bathtub, which is nice.. Room was on the smaller side but comfortable and well set up. Friendly staff and nice welcome in the bar with free appetizers when we arrived early evening.

Although the hotel is nicely renovated, there are some details that feel a bit outdated. All in all, the facilities and quality (e.g. some smudges and tears on the bed sheets) did not feel 4 stars.

The room was very nice, spacious and the bed was super comfy. We were given a free entrance into spa, great for an evening relaxation.

The door to our room didn't lock, and when we moved to another room, the room was very hot.

The staff was very helpful and welcomed us with a drink at the bar. The pool was a nice surprise, and the room was clean.

Excellent stay over a weekend in beautiful San Marino! We had a comfortable stay in clean and spacious suite, with modern Italian design. Spa is excellent and staff is very kind and helpful. Various food offered for breakfast, including gluten free options. A welcoming drink was great intro in a very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

The restaurant staff need to reconsider their attitude towards foreigners. There was a dismissive and unfriendly attitude. The menu selection was very limited.

All staff were helpful and courteous. Free parking was very helpful. Close to town, quiet location. Since we had kids, the pool was a lot of fun. San Marino was a place where everyone was friendly and made us feel welcome.

Not enough wardrobe space in the room we lived out of the suitcase Not a lot happening in the evening it was very quiet Not much around the hotel and it was so hilly to get anywhere

The staff were excellent Good quality of food. We were half board and the only real gripe was they had more or less the same every night. The breakfast was the usual European food which was nice. Everywhere was clean and tidy There was a nice sized indoor pool

The AC and the shower. We only figured out how the AC worked the morning we were leaving. And the shower does not have a complete door so the water runs onto the floor outside of the shower stall

Excellent location, good quality hotel. The staff was polite and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food very good. We had the supper as well as the breakfast buffet. Would recommend this hotel to others.
