location is very good right in the middle of San Marino Room is ok But we second room we booked was not airconditioned which was a disappointment. View was very nice in the second room but not in the the other room we got. It was my sons bday and they got him balloons as I requested by me. which was nice .

We thought both rooms we booked were air conditioned but we only got the double room with AC. Triple room did not have AC which was a disappointment for my two sons. Staff in Restaurant was in a rush when we had our dinner. they were rushing us to take our orders as it was close to 9pm. Lots of people were turned down saying they are close but when somebody they knew arrived they served him well even after 9:30 pm. which I found unfair. They gave us a discount card for 10% in some restaurant or shops in the area. Chose to eat in the Hotel Bellavista Restaurant to avail of this but the food were not nice. We should have just gone to other restaurant that were open and we would not have been disappointed with our meal. No other shops or establishment honoured their discount card.

Room was clean, quiet, comfortable. Just the basics.

No luggage storage room(?). The check in desk is slightly smaller than a postage stamp. How does the staff not get claustrophobic?

Ideal location to explore the city. Very friendly check-in and breakfast staff.

No help in returning an item left in the room. Breakfast could be bigger

We paid for a room/apartment with a nice view (that’s how it was presented on booking) but we were accommodated in a dark room with a window directed to a wall (across a narrow 2-3m wide street). When we claimed it and showed pictures of the booked room from booking we were told that the hotel is full and we cannot get another room. No compensation was offered to us. No air conditioning, only a ceiling fan (although it should have been equipped with AC, according to booking), so it was quite warm there over night. It was also not possible to sleep with open window due to noise from the street. Overall, it was almost impossible to sleep there. Don’t trust to what this hotel offers!

The room was super clean and pleasant. The location in the town is perfect.

The breakfast was appreciated, though a bit more variety of items would enhance the breakfast.

Location. In the heart of the pedestrian area, 20 metres from Funicular station and 500m from the Palazzo Pubblico. Local museums in walking distance, as were several restaurants and cafés. Staff were excellent, hotel very clean. Great views from viewpoint 30m away. Bedroom looked as though it had been refurbished and had a small balcony with good views. A local 2* rated hotel with no facilities was probably a true reflection, but had a lot going for it. At around £90 a night for a "single" room with a double and single bed in it, I felt that I was paying for the location not the facilities.

Breakfast was a croissant and piece of cake and coffee. Hotel felt like a restaurant with rooms. Had to send a Lasagne a la Romagnio back twice because it was cold. First one came on TWO plates!!?? No Aircon in bedroom ( there was an effective ceiling fan) and with windows and doors open (behind a security style shutter) the entertainment at the local viewpoint (booming bass music) went on until midnight and was loud. Likewise, setting up in the morning and early deliveries were also noisy. Bed was comfortable but it felt as though springs were poking out of mattress. The advertised toiletries were sachets of some kind of gel, which I took as hand soap. Not really what I was led to expect. Due to its impressive location, there is no taxi access anywhere near, and my driver and I had to walk over 600m to the hotel (not ideal in such hot weather). Solved the problem on my return by meeting the driver at the lower Funicular station. Minimal walking involved. Smallest reception area, ever, the girl was hidden behind the counter and looked very hot and uncomfortable. Noticed that the kitchen staff were touching raw food without gloves on.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was tidy and the personnel helpful.

Despite of the premium location on top of the hill the view from the room to the narrow ally was not really nice. There was not AC at the room either.

In the middle of the town. Beautiful views

Very basic. Lots of stairs to our room. Parking very far from hotel. Not an easy stay for the older customers. Very hot and aircon did not work. Soap comes in small plastic sachets. Definitely not user-friendly.

Very good location right in the heart of San Marino city. Has a downstairs restaurant, so getting food is easy. Helpful staff.

Breakfast was not very good: It only consisted of a croissant, a piece of cake and a coffee. There was no shower gel or shampoo, only small single-use packets of liquid hand soap that we had to use for showering. Our room only had a view to the small "park" just outside the hotel, but other rooms probably had a great view.

the location and the view from the room are AMAZING! right in the center of San Marino with their own restaurant. Unfortunately, the restaurant closes at 9:30 PM so we had to dine at a different restaurant. The room is not very big but is well proportioned. Very clean! In our room the mattresses were not good and the night sleep was not of a good quality. Breakfast is simple (sweet) but good.

The view from the window was worth a million. Very good location, not far from parking P7, and just a few steps away from a cable car. Highly recommended.

Incredible location! It’s right by the viewpoint, and if you have a window at the front of the hotel, the view is absolutely incredible! The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom well stocked and had everything that I needed for a short stay. I also have to say thank you to the lady at the front desk who was so welcoming and friendly!
