Reception staff might as well be avatars or AI because they not only spoke too much but didn't provide valuable information like how the heck do I connect to WiFi - it wasn't obvious i assure you. Also the toilet and shower were cheap. Cheap shower gel, and worst of all cheap shower head. Also what's the deal with Porsche screens and cars everywhere? If that is the Eastern European way to look VIP, trust me it gives out the opposite vibe. For what is offered the price tag is way above the range.

Comfortable bed, didn't need a PhD to operate the AC which is always a plus, dedicated socket at study desk, clean room and with good blackout curtains. Good breakfast, not over the top but with the basics.

Everything was expensive. People at the reception were not able to answer some of the basic questions. Lady at the cafe was not very polite and rude!

food (lunch) was a bit too salty at the buffet. Shuttle service was not great, we end up getting Bolt services

We came for a competition and had a great time at the hotel. rooms are very spacious and clean.

The ‘all you could eat’ buffet for breakfast and dinner was bit of a let down for an otherwise excellent hotel. Food was disappointing.

Modern, spacious suite, lovely shower room, very clean, flexible space. Excellent accommodation.

Lack of information from reception. Lack of food choices. The buffet felt like school canteen food quality was good just not enough choice and was badly presented. Only one restaurant onsite unless eat round pool which was fast food. Asian restaurant very good but specials didn’t change and when you eat there a few times gets repetitive. Needs a grill restaurant onsite or good italian

Sports facilities fantastic very high standard. Pool area great loads to do lots of pools and clean. No swimsuits in spa was a real shame as i would enjoy that part of hotel. Thai massage is recommended

APANI Restaurant as soon it get littel bit busy , you will wait more than an hour for the Food! Unfortunately very slow Kitchen:(

The only downside is the price and meal options The accommodation itself was quite pricey, so paying additional 20 euro for each lunch/dinner without drinks was quite a lot (eventhough it was all you can eat, I can imagine having more options). There is also limited option of restaurants (during our stay there was only one A la carte opened (Apani) which was very disappointing - we waited almost 1.5 hour for our (average) meal (no, the restaurant wasn't crowded). The food in the stand next to the pools was also quite basic, rather tasteless.

Amazing room, very friendly,professional and helpful staff. The pools are out of the world. Beautiful wellness and huge area. Well equipped gym and cute cinema. Nice breakfast included.

The reception was not very helpful and/or capable of their job. A fridge in the room is a necessity. Also a coffee machine would be nice.

Small lifts/elevators, as for sports events to have a bike and to transport it on 5th floor was a challenge :)

Super silent rooms,all works, big spaces, nice restaurant and cantine for breakfasts and coffee corner. Beautiful area to swim, bike and run.

For individual travelers there is little to day, and as it is in the middle of nowhere, one would expect some evening entertainment. Spent 2 nights. No early check in allowed, so only got room after 3pm. We enjoyed the following full day, even though finding sunbeds , at least close to each other is a challenge, but was disappointed not to be allowed to use the facilities the next day, which was check out day. So basically we paid (a lot) for 2 nights, and only got one day using the pool. Even if we had to give up the room at 10am, surely the use of facilities for the rest of the day should be included.

Good for sports teams.

I’ve stayed for 7 days and the food options were very limited. There are only 2 restaurants within the hotel and 1 outside The food was ok, but it’s not a lot of options for 7 days. For 3-4 day trip - fab. I don’t like wall showers and there wasn’t a handheld one.

Big territory, a lot of things to do with kids, pools are great, playroom was fun, there were some activities for the kids, and A huge playground, the staff was very lovely!
