Staff and it’s look desinteres

We stayed at the X-Bionic Hotel. When we arrived at the reception, one of our two rooms was ready about an hour earlier than check-in time, but they still charged us €30 for early entry, which we paid. In contrast, the second hotel we visited later allowed early check-in at no extra cost. Additionally, we were not given any explanation or information about the hotel, its facilities, or available options – nothing. The jacuzzi and sauna cost extra! Even though we were hotel guests, they asked for a “discounted” price of €27 (per person) instead of the full rate, despite the fact that it was stated there is access included. I've never been asked to pay for a sauna as a hotel guest. Only after several email exchanges did my partner and I receive a one-time free entry. Breakfast was very basic – no options for vegetarians, diabetics, or gluten-free diets. Dinner is not included in the stay and costs €22 per adult and €16 per child (ages 12+). There were no fish options, only one type of meat, and overall the selection was very poor. For that price, we decided to skip it. Unfortunately, there are only two other restaurants in the hotel – the Asian one serves very small portions and is not cheap. We ended up buying bread rolls and eating in the room. The sports facilities are nice, the pool is good, and there are water slides. When we checked out, the young receptionist simply said "bye" – not very friendly, like most of the staff we encountered during our stay.

Facilities and size

Comfortable bed, didn't need a PhD to operate the AC which is always a plus, dedicated socket at study desk, clean room and with good blackout curtains. Good breakfast, not over the top but with the basics.

Reception staff might as well be avatars or AI because they not only spoke too much but didn't provide valuable information like how the heck do I connect to WiFi - it wasn't obvious i assure you. Also the toilet and shower were cheap. Cheap shower gel, and worst of all cheap shower head. Also what's the deal with Porsche screens and cars everywhere? If that is the Eastern European way to look VIP, trust me it gives out the opposite vibe. For what is offered the price tag is way above the range.

Everything was expensive. People at the reception were not able to answer some of the basic questions. Lady at the cafe was not very polite and rude!

Japanese restaurant was really nice

Access to swimming pool is extra. Rooms were old and disappointing standard compared with rest of facility. Only one exit from campus. No supermarket on campus. Only Olym-pick and Apani to eat at. Missing a standard al a carte restaurant

Hello, I am very disappointed with the hotel. First of all, the levels of guest service are below par. When we arrived at the hotel, the guy at the reception did not explain a word about the facilities in the hotel, where everything was located. The refrigerator in the room did not work and we waited for him to come and fix it and no one came. They did not explain anything to us about the spa, that the entrance to the sauna complex is paid, even the towels for the pool. Paid, we just got there and were surprised. There is no staff in the dining room who goes around and turns things around, you have to turn around, there is no arrangement for the tables, I really do not recommend the hotel, it is supposed to be of a high standard and it really is not!

Perfect location for the Championship race

Breakfast was ok but they need more coffee machines! More food and cereal variety at breakfast. It was a pretty expensive place to stay

Great ammenities. Sport paradise. Runing gym swimming horse riding.. Great with kids large outdoor wooden playground, large slides in the swimmingpool...

Maybe having more trees around the outdoor playground

Big room , fresh air , available swimming pool and SPA , nice big territory , not far away from river

Not available mini bar , water juice or little snacks in the room, even if you would like to pay Safe box didnt work , and I didnt have possible to use it for necessity

- Our room was not prepared for guests (chairs and table missing on balcony, no trash bin, safe was locked,....). - Very unfriendly staff and the reception and wellness area. - Breakfast - food choice and quality of food.
