Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United KingdomBreakfast could have been better, I didn’t have any hot food as I didn’t see it be replenished. Cereal, fruit & croissants were good. Dishes could have been taken away by staff when finished with but were left on table until you left.
Hotel was lovely, our room was beautiful, big and clean. Restaurant and bar was very popular and had a nice outdoor seating area & great service.

United KingdomThere was no soap or handwash for the basin in the bathroom (an oversight?)- and no shelf in the shower to hold products. The Aircon was louder than usual, I thought. And although there was a kettle and some fruit tea-bags as well as the splendid coffee machine, I had to use the bathroom mug because the only cups provided were for espresso and not big enough for tea. But I am being picky here - I loved the room and my stay overall was excellent.
Hotel was easily reached on foot from the railway station (from Prague) and an easy bus ride to Petržalka Station (to Vienna). And not far to walk into the Old Town area for all the sights. Very large and luxurious room which was quite private and quiet. The huge plate of high quality biscuits on arrival was fantastic, and the availability of snacks outside the room was welcome. A free re-stocked minibar for soft drinks was also useful. The breakfast had good choices and the Fabrika restaurant has a nice ambience for breakfast as well as later in the day. I ate dinner there one evening and the quality of food and friendliness of service were excellent.

United StatesWe stayed for 4 nights, enjoying a wonderful breakfast each morning. The music soundtrack played was the same each day, perhaps 10 songs repeated (heavy on Cher) which created some pesky ear worms that are difficult to shake. Maybe some new music!
Very spacious room, comfortable bed, and a wonderful retreat after sightseeing all day. We loved the in-room bar that was free and restocked daily. The wine bar and cookie were a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything Vibe is something else Wine Lounge was sumptuous with exquisite choices. Fabrika Brewery was great, delightful staff and a fabulous range of beers. We are ‘Food People’, and never stay in the hotel for dinner, preferring to sample and savour the local eateries. This was the exception. Loved coming back in from our very busy days each late afternoon, to the warmth and cosy Junior Suite, with its comfortable beds, superlative decor, and spotlessly clean. The free mini bar and credit for the wine dispenser was a very nice touch. We arrived to a bottle of lovely wine chilling in the room for my husband’s 67th birthday. Class.

Almost everything! Comfortable and well designed room first of all, two venues for food/drinks on the ground floor, friendly and service minded staff, good location (quiet, but in short distance from downtown).

The room was fantastic. The decor was beautiful, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect and walkable to Old Town. The hotel sits between two iconic sights including the palace gardens. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Welcoming and extremely comfortable. Comfy chairs, great coffee, free (well stocked) minibar and smart TV with Netflix in our room. Staff were super friendly, breakfast (and dinner) in the attached “pub” restaurant were very good (don’t be put off by the “pub” label. An easy walk to the old town. Very good value and very good PR for Slovakia. Well done to all the team.
