How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Missing facilities in the room - hair drier, small fridge.
Small, simple rooms, perfect if you need a place to stay for a reasonable price.

Location a bit further away, but nothing special. Remote for the AC is sold separately
Clean room, bed and bathroom, comfortable too. Pleasant staff, i recomend it

The smell of cleaning items is to strong and that is single "minus" from me. It will be better if in the room install the refregerator... Espessialy in summer time

The parking is not free, it costs around 4.5 euro per day.
The hotel is simple and clean. Elevator, hallway door to the rooms on each flor, and room itself can be accessed only by the hotel key card. This is good for the security but can be annoying also.

Sound isolation is not good. When somebody switched on the TV at 12 at night in a room next door - it was very loud and I couldn't sleep
Decent breakfast, also they upgraded my room to premium for free - it was really spacious and comfortable

Good hotel and not too far from the train station or the main sights; easily walkable. The beds are comfortable and the shower was great. They offer breakfast too but costs extra.

The hotel charges 3 euros a night for using AC. It is not included in the room price. It is not written in the description. When I was about to check out I saw small ants on the desk in my room. Luckily, I saw them once.
It is a comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. It is about 20 min walk to the railway and bus station, 10 min walk to the old town and shopping mall. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a balcony. I had a nice view.

We didn't know how to turn AC on, Controler on the wall was off and there was no other remote.
Rooms NEW and CLEAN, enough space, great beds and big spacy bathroom and shower.

Although furniture was a little old and bed was squeaky room had everything we needed for a short stay. Bathroom was excellent with all the necessary utensils. Breakfast table was also phenomenal and so was communication with receptionists. Price of parking in front of the hotel was also very acceptable and easy to pay.

There was no air conditioning in our room and at this time of the year (mid-July) it was hot. The pillows were not supportive at all and for some reason they had these very thick winter blankets ... in mid July.
The staff at the hotel was very understanding to our needs. We had a very long delay along our route and we arrived around 1am in the evening. I contacted the property earlier and told them about this situation and they have arranged for us to have keys to our rooms and we settled the check-in in the morning. That was really helpful!

It was my mistake but all rooms apparently didn't have aircondition. Unimpressive breakfast but cheap.
Decent price. Close to some restaurants (15 min walk)

No fridge in my room, but it had only just been renovated and it looks like there is space for one.
Good location, close to the stadium and around 15 min walk into the centre. Rooms have been renovated, very clean and spacious, very comfy beds. You need to pay an extra 3 euros a night for the air con remote, and breakfast is another 7 euros, both well worth it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There’s an outdoor swimming pool, around 200 mtrs away, accross the main road directly in front of the hotel.

The outside of the hotel looks shady but most importantly, they charge 3 euros for the remote of the air conditioning. PER NIGHT.
I liked the interiors f the room and the space of the hotel.
