parking was a walk of 5 min away, but doable. Brakfast, not that special. Basic

The room was larger than expected. Comfortable beds and very clean. The location was very close to everything with nice restaurants nearby and shopping. The front desk people were always very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman has checked us in after hours was very kind and made sure we were comfortable with our stay. We opted for the breakfast and honestly we really enjoyed it! It was a bit basic but we were happy to have healthy options each morning instead of just pastries and cafe in nearby restaurants. The breakfast included hot items like bacon, sausage, eggs, scrambled eggs, beans, vegetables etc. with croissants, sandwich bread, yogurts, cheeses, salamis, juices, coffee machine. We would definitely stay here again!

The room had lots of space and a nice bathroom and shower.

There was no ceiling light in the room so it was very dark. The room was functional but wasn't cosy at all

Mattress could be better and instead of two sheets for couple they can have one king size mattress.

The hotel is literally in the centre of all the bars in the old town which was absolutely what we wanted! The room was VERY spacious and beautifully done with all the facilities that you need. We were very lucky that our room was ready ahead of time but they do offer to look after luggage at both ends of your trip. There is a free sauna for guests to use which we didn’t have time for as we only stayed one night.

Staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the old town but 6 minute walk to the bus or tram for a quick 2 stop ride to the train station. Breakfast is also nice. Really enjoyed this place thank you!

The location was ideal and the room was very big

When we arrived the reception was vacant and we had to wait 30 minutes until someone came without even an apology, despite us telling them in advance our arrival time (which was around 18h). However the other staff members were very helpful and nice. Also we had to sign a document (without more explanation) that binds us to repay any damages we cause (which for me is implicit and doesn’t require a contact). In spite of that the room was quite worn-out with the sink and the bathtub being chipped at some places and the door was cracked.

The location and breakfast. The personal touch with meeting a person in reception and the folder provided in the room with information on the hotel and suggestions for activities. The room itself was spacious with a minibar which offered great prices. It was walking distance to all the important sites.

It's not a criticism, but there is no carpark so not good for anyone with motorbike

The hotel was in the best possible central position of the Old Town, close to all the major attractions and in the middle of great restaurants. The rooms were bigger than usual and we had an enjoyable stay.
