Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. HungaryIn our opinion the breakfast selection is not a wide enough variety for a five star hotel. We wanted to see more vegetables and freshly cut fruits, and also we think that there should be a more inclusive breakfast for every preference (vegetarian, vegan, diabetic).
The location of the hotel is perfect for a trip to the mall or Parndorf, but even for a walk to the city centre. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. Every member of the staff spoke English quite well. The club lounge is quite an experience as well.

FranceAt times, the lobby felt quite chilly, which made it less comfortable for enjoying a quick snack or drink. I also had some doubts about how thoroughly the bedroom and bathroom floors had been cleaned, as they didn’t feel completely fresh upon arrival. The restroom in the lobby could benefit from a bit more attention to cleanliness as well. As for the restaurant, the food quality was inconsistent-occasionally excellent, but at other times rather average.
The service was impeccable, with a spacious bedroom and bathroom, and the bedroom was well soundproofed. Hotel spas and pools can often be disappointingly dirty, but this one was impressively clean -something I haven’t seen in a long time. The fitness room, although small, was comfortable, spotless, and offered a variety of exercise options.

HungaryThe coffee machine in the room hard to use, because when put the capsule in the machine not begin the flow from the capsule, when it started very slow and few coffee. But in the club lounge you can get free coffee, what is a very big good point.

United KingdomThe only minor downside was that the marathon was taking place right outside during my stay, which caused a bit of disruption. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would definitely stay here again.
I stayed for two nights and was very pleased with my choice. The room was large and luxurious, featuring a king-size bed that was incredibly comfortable, a spacious bathroom with both a walk-in shower and separate bathtub, and reliable free Wi-Fi. The hotel is centrally located—perfect for exploring Bratislava on foot, with a shopping mall and several tourist attractions nearby.

United KingdomService and staff were brilliant from start to finish. Really helpful and friendly, they helped us book trains to go into Vienna for the day. Rooms are lovely,spacious and comfortable. My only gripe would be that the pool was not heated so after paying for the facilities the only option was the sauna and steam room.

North MacedoniaWe were on a New Years eve celebration we expected more from the bouffe which was poor and they gave a drinks only till 23.30 o'clock after the bouffe and the bar were closed which left us going to bed early and without the special New years eve feeling!
Well we were short stay of only three days. Stefan from the bar was of a great service. The room was nice and clean. The bath was perfect.

AustriaThere are a few things that could make this hotel better: - The phones in the rooms are not working properly. If you want to order room service, you have to call the hotel from you mobile. It's been like this for months now. - No coffee machines in the Classic rooms. For a five-star hotel this is a must. - The mattresses are from the times when the hotel was built and they are not so comfortable any more. - The last room I was in had warm water in the shower, but no hot water. The previous room had hot water, but the water pressure was extremely low, even though the room was on the first floor. - The room furnishings are starting to show their age. Wallpaper peeling off, the furniture scratched, etc. The rooms need refurbishing.
I have stayed multiple times at this hotel. The location is excellent, the staff very polite and the rooms are very clean. Also, I can recommend the restaurant in the hotel, it is an excellent choice not just for breakfast, but also for lunch and dinner.
