Super friendly staff, had great recommendations for dinner locations. Room was very clean with tea, coffee and water. Rooms and bathroom much bigger than expected and good soundproofing, or quiet area maybe? We both slept well

Lovely ground floor good size room. Very clean and comfortable. Air con amazing as it was 34° outside. Nice breakfast, simple but enough to choose from. Fantastic value for money, we paid little over £60 a night for 3 nights. Definitely recommend

Slightly further out of the old town than we originally thought, 35 min walk to St Micheal’s Square. However a Bolt taxi was only €4.50 so we walked into town and got a Bolt back, easy peasy.

Clean and tidy room, bed was extremely comfortable, water for free at reception which was a nice touch on arrival.

Whilst we understand that the space in the breakfast room does not allow for this, a wider selection of hot food would have been nice. Bathroom extractor fan needs some attention (very noisy), however these points are minor and did not impact negatively on our stay.

Excellent location, old town within a 10 minute walk; there are also bus routes nearby. Reasonably priced rooms. The room itself was clean and tidy with furnishings of a high standard, and was equipped with a fridge and safe alongside the usual TV and kettle. Staff were accommodating and friendly, and assisted where requested. Check-in/check-out process was simple, we were also able to store our luggage until we checked in later on the day of arrival. The hotel location was quiet and appeared to be amongst residential properties. The hotel also values sustainability which is a plus. Breakfast was fresh (continental). We would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Bratislava.

It is close to the city, The hotel is pretty close to the city center and the old town. Rooms are pretty spacious, clean, modern and most important comfortable. The staff were very friendly and professional and the owner was very attentive to all the details making sure of customer satisfaction. The breakfast was very varied suiting everyone's taste and everything was being refilled quickly. They have a small but effective gym if you wish to start your day with some physical activity. My stay was excellent and I recommend the hotel!

Steep slope to hotel

Very good breakfast- good English at reception, very good service at reception- only difficulty was high slope up to hotel making it difficult with transport of baggage.

The staff are very helpful. The location is in between the Old Town, the castle hill and Slavin, takes some uphill climb but can't be better. The expensive spacious apartment of mine with a huge terrace is great except only that the range hood is not linked to a smoke pipe so it's not advisable to cook with oil because the smell would require very good ventilation.

Slightly further to the old town than we thought but an OK walk! The patio area outside was being renovated so limited seats- but not a great issue!

Suzanna at reception was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay great! The room with kitchenette was lovely- ours was open plan and my sister had a separate bedroom in hers- both good. Very clean with everything you would need- kettle, hob, fridge. No bar- but reception sold cold drinks, beers and snacks. They also arranged taxis for us.

Studio was great. good couch/living area plus having the mini kitchen with fridge really helped. Good sized bathroom. Huge bath. Good shower.

The staff were so friendly & helpful. The breakfast servers worked so hard to make sure everything was kept topped up. Breakfast selection was very good. The rooms are well appointed & we had a beautiful view of the castle.
