Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The staff and the location were amazing! Million thanks to the reception desk lady, who really made our stay unforgettable! We received the most wonderful room with a gorgeous terrace and a view at the National Theatre. Special thanks to the staff who served our breakfast! Everyone was so kind and we really felt at home! I really enjoyed my stay – the hotel is located right in the city center, yet it offers very convenient underground parking directly beneath the building. The staff were welcoming, the room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was kept spotless.

MexicoThis is a top-class hotel, both in terms of accommodation and breakfast, at a more than reasonable price. The room we were given had a spectacular view of both the square and the Castle. Its location is excellent—close to the river and just steps away from the historic center; easy to reach by tram or taxi. Simply the best option for anyone visiting Bratislava for leisure. It’s a shame we only stayed there for one night.

IndiaBreakfast is quite monotonous. We stayed for 7N8D and there was no change in the breakfast. Moreover we are vegetarian so I think that could be one reason as there were not much options.
Location was excellent. It was like Center place and a happening place with lots of tourist attractions within the walking distance. Staff were quite supportive and helpful. It was worth the money.

One of the best hotels in Bratislava! Everything was excellent, the staff were very welcoming and always ready to help. The hotel is centrally located and close to everything.
