Reviews of Extralarge Queen Room in the Heart of Bratislava with Terrace

I really loved staying in the heart of Bratislava, being welcomed by Leonardo the host! He was amazing and did everything he could to make my stay amazing! From giving a very well explained video tour and explaining in detail everything about how the house and the city work, the house was perfectly clean, the room is large, the bed is wonderful, with air conditioning and a coffee machine and all the kitchen utensils were also available for use and working perfectly! The location is perfect, excellent, right in the center of the old town, close to everything to do on foot! I just have to thank Leonardo, an incredible host and I really recommend him! This was the best place I have ever stayed so far. I’ll really come back soon and definitely stay here again!

The room was spacious and clean.The location was incredible, right in the heart of the old town.

Even though the room has a double wooden windows they are quite hollow which I experienced on the stormy night. Overall they are okay in the warmer weather but during the colder nights I wouldn't be so sure.

It is an old building and lift etc are creaky.

Large ~30m2 room with balcony in the Old Bratislava. Absolutely excellent location close to bus station, Bratislava castle and all the other sightseeings. Appartment very clean and comfortable. Check-in is seamless. The owner is very welcoming and ready to advice on guests’ actual questions.

Good price for a spacious and tidy room in the heart of Bratislava. Kitchen and bathroom provides everything you need. Neighbor in this apartment was quiet. Owner is quick to respond and prepare everything to move-in.

It'd be nice to have the room ventilated in advance.

I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. The room is spacious and light, wonderful view from the balcony, comfortable bed, work desk, very good coffee machine, lovely vintage cups. Very much appreciated ground coffee left in the cupboard, drinking water tank, the ironing table and the iron (they were essential for me in this work trip). Very good price for value.

The bathroom is shared and there are other people in the apartment, so it's not the same feeling as when you have the whole place for yourself. But I knew that before coming from comments and it wasn't really an issue, especially for this price. Also, cork opener would have been useful, couldn't find it anywhere :D but that's a minor thing.

The location was excellent, the room was huge and the communication from the host was excellent, including suggestions for places to eat and visit.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows a bit lumpy, but the room was great.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! The apartment is impeccably maintained, and I appreciated that the staff sometimes came by to clean in the late morning, keeping the space spotless throughout my stay. Despite sharing the apartment, I felt I had complete privacy thanks to the well-insulated doors and windows, which also kept out any external noise or cold. The Wi-Fi was super strong, perfect for work or streaming, and the balcony was a true highlight. One day, I watched the snow falling, turning the view into a magical fairy tale—an unforgettable moment. Inside the room, thoughtful touches made the stay even more comfortable: an expensive coffee machine, bottled water, a boiler, two heavy duvets, and four plush pillows ensured both luxury and practicality. This place exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and the serene ambiance made it an ideal retreat. Highly recommended!

Extremely central location in a quiet enough area. Very short walk to bus station and right on the city center. Very spacious room, check in and check out instructions were easy to follow. Everything was super clean. The host is easily contactable via whatsapp.

The duvet of our double bed was clearly a single bed duvet laid horizontally. We could either cover the feet or the shoulders which was a problem since the isolation of the windows is not very good and the room did get a bit too cold. When booking I didn't notice that the WC is shared with a couple other rooms.

The location is superb - right in the heart of the Old Town. The host is very friendly and met me at the check in. The room is clean, very large and the WiFi is exclusive. Coffee making facilities also much appreciated. The shower was good and great to have a decent hairdryer - thank you!

It made me a little uneasy that there was a camera in the shared area, and my room had a glass door (this was frosted) but even still. With other people occupying the other rooms I was very reluctant as a solo female to leave my room to go to the toilet etc with all of this combined. However I did not see anyone else during my stay although they were around.
