Very tiny shower, the street has some noise, no elevator if you have many bags.

This was our second stay here [6 years ago] and would stay again. Compact character filled room well situated for walk from train station and into the main town square. Interesting tiered courtyard the rooms surround and above a steak restaurant. Cooked to order breakfast and good selection of breakfast buffet items. Super helpful staff and we were allowed to keep luggage stowed with them for a few hours after check out.

We didn't realize accessing the rooms was through a steak restaurant as this wasn't clear where to check in or no instructions were shared in advance. I had shared my check-in time and was also called to confirm but when we arrived, we were initially told the room wasn't ready and did not feel very welcome in the restaurant. The room overlooks the restaurant too, so there is not much privacy, but it was fine for 1 night.

Very central - right in the middle of everything. Room was very comfortable, good shower and it was spotless.

The room is above a restaurant but it is really quiet. Good size room, comfy bed and good shower. Close to the old town centre.

The window-mounted air conditioning was quite noisy and overall not very efficient, which is probably because mounting AC modules on external walls of historical downtown buildings is not allowed.

Our apartment was at a different location than the main building (about 150 m away), the entrance was inside a pizzeria restaurant "Zvon". The room was very clean, tidy and cosy, with a style to it. Equipped with a kitchen (including coffee machine and welcome capsules), a mini-bar in the normal-size fridge, an air conditioning, and a washing machine. Very friendly personnel at the check-in (especially Liza), co-working also in the Rosto steak house restaurant. The restaurant, by the way, serves excellent food at a 10% discount for the hotel guests. The prices for the hotel and the restaurant were very affordable. In summary, the hotel is highly recommended for couples and families with small kids..

Extremely clean accommodation, with beds and bedding so comfortable you feel right at home. The staff are very welcoming. The location is excellent — close to the city centre, the train station, and the bus terminal. Highly recommended!

Little challenge to find the actual room. We ran out of hot water, so we had to wait between showers.

Great location. Very close to the townsquare. Very modern and stylish. Comfortable and clean beds. We had an extra bed for our child. Modern bathroom. Nice kitchenette. There was even a washing machine, but we did not stay long enough to use it.

There is only pay-parking available. The apartment and the reception/breakfast was at different address, but quite close (~200m). Note that the pizzeria terrace right in front of the window is noisy, but they close at 10pm and after that the street is very silent

Very nice hotel with a lovely and clean rooms. The rooms are spacious with good size bathrooms. Great location in a heart of the old town,10min walk from the train station and 15-20min in the taxi from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat in their restaurant this time but we did in January and the food was very tasty. The breakfast selection is simple but more than enough. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Would have appreciated directions on inserting the key by the door so that lights could be turned on and how to pull down the shades for the windows. It worked out, but it was odd trying to find the reception area downstairs in the restaurant.

Alex mailed our postcards for us. Breakfast was good. Appreciated the custom hot meal. Liked having two separate bed covers on the bed. Loved the mural.

It could get a bit noisy . The woman manager is not pleasant. She should give serious consideration to changing her vocation to prison guard. The woman certainly has the demeanor for that line of work .

The food was good and waiters very professional. David particularly stands out. He is very personable and has a very good understanding of the menu offerings. As a result of his recommendations I had an outstanding meal.
