My adult daughter and I had a great stay at Penzion Drak for 5 nights in January 2025. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and warm. The ski lockers have heated boot racks. The shuttle to the ski resort was convenient each morning and they will pick you up each afternoon if you let them know when. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices. The two best aspects were the dinners (we had half board included) and the staff who were amazingly friendly and helpful. If you are looking to stay near Jasna Ski Resort or nearby Aquapark, we thoroughly recommend Penzion Drak.

All was good. Except the smell.. When we entered the room, we were hit with bad smell.. Seems it came from shower drain. Notified the staff. Staff light some scented candle to mask the smell. However, every time we entered the bathroom, we were hit that bad smell.. Nothing really staff could do it as there were no other available rooms. And issue stems from bad piping of bathroom.

In the shower, it is not possible to fix the shower head up and it is required to hold it by hand. Very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was great.

Very nice hotel in quite area of Liptovsky Mikulas. Great location' near to all attractions in this area. Very kind and helpful staff. Great breakfast, option for HB. Tasty food. Good value for money. A lot of parking.

In our room, the Wi-Fi signal strength was very weak. This is likely not true for every room; ours was at the edge. In the restaurant, for example, the Wi-Fi was good.

The wellness is excellent with jakuzzi and sauna for private use that we could benefit from after an exhausting hike. The meals on the restaurant are fantastic! Hats off to the chef. The food was far more the best that I've tried so far. The staff is always polite and look out for all your requests. Warmly recommend.

The ski buss goes only at LUCKY. If you have little kids you can't go to the slopes whit ski bus. The reception didn't have the phone number of the driver. The kids room it is not like in the photos. Almost does not exist.

If you have half-board, you will chose the dinner for the main menu, whit not extra cost, which is great.

The restaurant is just the best in the valley. The accommodation was great. Breakfast was perfect: large and varied. This was not our first time, we've already booked another room there.
