I had a positive stay at the hotel. The place was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was decent – fresh and tasty. The staff deserves special praise – very helpful and polite. After returning home, I realized I had left something at the hotel. I contacted the reception, and the next day I received confirmation that it had been found. A few days later, it arrived by post. I really appreciate that level of care for guests. I definitely recommend this hotel!

There were railway tracks outside my window and sometimes the train passing by made noise - but all I had to do was close the window and it stopped being a nuisance, so it wasn't a huge inconvenience.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She thoroughly explained the hotel's operation, provided extensive information on how to get to Bratislava city center, and answered all my questions. The breakfast was delicious and rich in various products. The room was spacious, with a large bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel's location was relatively good – on the one hand, it's not in the city center, making it quiet, and on the other, the city center and the most important sights are only seven minutes away by public transport.

I booked it just one day in advance based on the ratings and it did not disappoint! Very welcoming and friendly staff, check in process was easy. There are some free parking spots in front of the house. Pets are allowed at extra cost of 10€. The room was clean, bathroom very beautiful. Everything was as pictured and I would definitely stay there again if I’m in the area.

Good value for money. I was fully satisfied with the proposition: staff, parking, food, facilities. The location is probably not so good if you are looking for downtown proximity, but I was looking for exact this area.

The lock in room 303 is creating a little problem. The idea of calling the reception during the first entry is scary for foreigners with no phone access.

The breakfast was very nice, with a lot of options, including 3 types of sausages, baked beans, and poached eggs among hot dishes, and cold cuts, cheese slices, and fruits. There was black tea, which is great. The first-floor balcony provided a relief for smokers; you don't need to get out of the hotel for a quick smoke. Location was close to two public transport stops, Suchy Mlyn and Dubova. Nice staff, clean interior and exterior, and a nice view of the train track from the hotel window.

While the internet was available at all times, the internet speed varied widely. A bit outside of the city. The location on a one way street leading to a bigger street sometimes caused small delays during rush hour.

Very friendly staff. Questions were answered quickly and extensivly. Room was nice, tidy and quiet. General appeal seemed a bit old fashioned but not run down. One of the few hotels to still include a minibar/fridge in the room.

Friendly staff, clean room, great breakfast. The hotel is right off the highway, great for taking a break during a long drive. The receptionist opened the backyard gate for me to park inside, since parking spots outside were occupied. It might be the usual thing, but for me it was going the "extra mile". Will definitelly come back.
