Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesThe elevator is small and slow. Some guest should learn how to share it. It suits 6-8 people but everyone pretends in it that it is only for 2 people.
Just stayed there for a night. First room was terrible and smelly, from over chlorine cleaning. But the staff managed to change the rooms right away. The breakfast is ok. Staff is very helpful.

AustraliaIt wasn’t that I didn’t like it, but it was an unusual system to have to ask staff for separate key cards to facilities - such as the gym. The spa room is an additional charge we learnt - so if you see photos and hope it’s included in your price, just a heads up it’s another €90. We didn’t go into it because of this.
The staff are excellent - welcoming, friendly and intuitive. Shout out to David, who checked us in seamlessly, and our waiter at Houdini (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) who was knowledgeable about local wines and was so great at explaining the dishes. ☺️ We loved the room we stayed in. There was a good view of the street and we were glad to have a bathtub. We also really appreciated the complimentary mini bar (my husband loved the sodas!) and I liked the L’Occitane toiletries. The bed is also so comfortable with multiple pillows. The location is unbeatable. We were in walking distance of many sights. Parking is also easily arranged through the hotel. Breakfast is also great. We loved the yoghurt in jars and the mini sausages.

Fabulous hotel located in the old town but off the beaten path. Its quiet and has an excellent restaurant and terrace. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious.

We came back to the hotel after a night away in the High Tatra mountains. We booked a regular room with single beds as it was a cheaper option. The room was lovely and bright with big French doors style windows. A/c was efficient and we had a very restful night as we had an early flight the next morning. As before staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good, lots of options.

United StatesOur room was dark because the window was circular and small. We didn’t mind it much because it was very hot in Bratislava so the room felt comfortable. The temperature of the coffee made in the coffee machine was barely warm
We booked the executive room which was spacious, with a large comfortable bed. The bathroom was lovely with great products from L’octaine which was very nice.The A/C was great because it was very hot in Bratislava. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful.

The property itself is so charming with many public areas for relaxing - we particularly enjoyed the library! MaltaI had booked one premium and one classic room but they were identical - so I wouldn't suggest booking a premium room. Parking has to be paid for - €29 per day.

Good location just a short walk from main part of the Old Town. The staff were very helpful, fixing anything we needed, arranging a tour guide and giving recommendations. Room was good and was at the back of the hotel overlooking the terrace area so it was nice and quiet. Breakfast was really nice.
