Family room provides a small balcony like 1m2 - a cute addition. Can park in private space, bellow balcony behind ramp. The biggest + by far is breakfast. Is one of better I ever had it. So delicious and of best quality. Breakfast employee, a lady was very gentle and smooth. We would like to thank her and chef for unique experience. She served breakfast to table. Terrace of restaurant is top. You feel like being somewhere in the middle of Mediterranean. Place is always full of quest, during evening and during day too. Obviously must be one of better place for dinning in town. Regret not having dinner there.

AC did not run properly, we were cooked inside of room with 27 degrees in evening! I firstly put AC on 24 degree, than on 18 degree. Did not help. Since we came in evening, my kids were annoying and I noticed employees are super busy, I did not bother to contact them. I suggest hotel to maintain AC. It really killed experience, otherwise I would put 9 score, but have to put 4.

Tricky to arrive at parking place

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and attentative, restaurant excellent. Right in middle of town, not far from anywhere.

That was one of the best place I have ever stayed. Owner was extremaly friendly and helpfull, breakfast was so hudge, that we didn't manage to ate it all. Room was very clean and big. If You visit Bratislava and don't mind driving 20 min by car, this is the place You should stay.

SmaA small, cozy family-run hotel. We enjoyed breakfast on the restaurant terrace – and a lovely bonus was that they serve it all morning, with no time limit. So go ahead and enjoy sleeping in on the weekend – you’ll never miss breakfast here.

Despite arriving well before check-in, Adam at the front desk provided exceptional service. He not only recommended the hotel restaurant for brunch, but also proactively arranged for housekeeping to prepare our four rooms early. By the time we finished a delicious meal and enjoyed the beautiful weather (unexpected for this time of year!), our rooms were already available. This early access was a huge relief after a long travel day that began in the early morning. The amazing service continued throughout our stay. Housekeeping maintained immaculate rooms and public areas, while the wait staff in the restaurant went above and beyond to make every dining experience a pleasure. The kitchen team deserves high praise as well. Their menu offered a great variety of dishes, all presented beautifully and bursting with flavor. Overall, the exceptional service and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable.
