The rooms are not really well sound proofed so that you can hear your neighbors quite a bit.

Super friendly staff, good taste in room interior with a small wellness area. Close to city center so that walking is easy and comfortable.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this hotel in Bratislava. The location is great—central and close to almost everything. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. We especially enjoyed the cozy spa area and the well-equipped gym. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Booked massages on hotel wellness booking but no rush on dedicated to this, so had to set up beside the pool. Great massage but not a relaxing space unfortunately.

The only downside was the surroundings – the area around the hotel isn’t very nice, and there’s an abandoned building right next door. Also, there were renovations going on during our stay. It wasn’t a big issue, but I would have appreciated knowing about it before booking, as there was some construction noise.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the two lovely ladies at the reception – they were incredibly kind and always willing to help. I truly believe they deserve to be mentioned, as their warm attitude was a big part of what made the stay so enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the wellness area, which had a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent and very generous – there was something for everyone. Everything was well organized, and I felt truly welcome.

Advertised as Iin city centre, but it's a 25/30 minute walk in to tourist area for food, drink, history etc. There is a tram about 5 minutes away. Price point is very high for the location, compared to good hotels that are actually in the centre. There is a lovely hydrotherapy type pool, but I couldn't stay in it more than 5 minutes because water was too cold for me. That being said, others might not find it too cold. The power to the bedside sockets turns off after 30 minutes of no movement. I use a CPAP machine for sleep apnea, which kept turning off all through the first night. They did override this after first night which was fine, but if you need constant power supply through the night, sort it with the hotel in advance.

Hotel was spotless clean. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was good and included a freshly cooked menu. Staff were very nice. Shower was good. Robes and slippers supplied. There is a gym and a small pool and a sauna. We didn't use gym or sauna.

Parking can not be reserved. There is parking in nearby streets and it is free on weekends. There was no shampoo, only soap.

Air conditioning could have been better. At least the control panel. It was running through the night, and in the morning, I was able to find where I could turn it off. But on the other side, I wasn't paying too much attention to where to find it.

Breakfast was delicious, wide range of selection. The location was close to the nearby Nivy shopping center and the offices we visited. "Wellness" is not an appropriate term for one small pool and a Finnish sauna, but we enjoyed it. I was surprised by how well gym was equipped

One of my favorite hotels so far, if I compare the price/offer ratio. The hotel is boutique, quite small, but with incredible facilities. What I liked the most was the sauna, which is quite small but quite enough for a hotel of this size. I stayed at this hotel with my mother because we wanted to treat ourselves to a weekend of relaxation and it was a hit. Sauna, small pool, wonderful breakfast and extremely friendly staff. The hotel is located on the edge of the ring road, which leads 10 minutes by foot to the Eurovea shopping center (with all the shops you can think of), a few minutes further by foot (10 minutes) and you are already in the historical part of the city. The rooms are cozy, nicely furnished and exceptionally CLEAN. All my love to this lovely boutique hotel!

Everything was just lovely! We went on a little Valentine's Day escape and got a very kind upgrade on our room! Everything was impeccable and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was also varied. We were also able to enjoy the pool and sauna! I would 100% recommend it.

There was nothing to not like, from the room, the bed, the facilities including pool and sauna was an amazing and clean experience from start to finish. The minibar was a little overly expensive but that is as to be expected where ever you go in the world, not just in Slovakia.

From the moment you walk through the door you leave Bratislava behind and enter a retreat of relaxation. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we was catered for and enjoyed every minute of our stay!

loud doors and torn hotel bathrobe

I liked the location and facilities. But the door closed so loudly that starting at 7 AM, I could not sleep usually. So, if you can fix it, please do. Also, my torn hotel bathrobe also declined my general impression. Breakfast was nice, and I also enjoyed the sauna and pool.
