wow just an amazing location close to the the centre but in a really quite spot. The staff were amazing and so friendly and a glass of bubbly at reception after we had checked in a really nice touch. The room and bed was fantastic. The wellness facilities were just perfect we could not have asked for more. The food was great and to a very good standard if your looking for a small break away than Hotel Lowe comes highly recommended. 5 Star service 👍amazing hotel.

Sauna as textile free zone 😅

The Hotel was great: it has decent wellness areas with pool, jacuzzi, Finn sauna & hammam open until 21:30. Wellness was included in booking price as well as sheets for sauna (due to no textile zone), bathrobe and slippers . We received welcome bottle of wein. Public parking slots were available (1,5€ per hour from 7 till 19, free between 19 and 7), so we didn't pay much for parking

Did get a shock when we turned onto the street as the area looked a bit rundown but once entered the entrance to the hotel that changed.

The staff couldn't have been nicer. Despite language barrier we always found a way to communicate. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of everything you could want. Location was super 5 mins walk from min eating and drinking area.

The bathtubs are half working. Some of the nozzles are not working. They should be repaired or replaced.

The masseur is the best. Order the massage and you won’t regret. Maximum relaxation time 💆🏽‍♀️ The saunas were working perfectly. Nice breakfast.

parking can be a little tricky, but the hotel reception were jumped in to help.

stayed in many hotels, some of the best in the world, the great ones have precise perfection, but Hotel Lowe through Simona and the rest of the team had genuine warmth and welcome. For a small hotel the rooms are comfortable and convenient, the Spa facilities whilst smaller scale are exceptional. Breakfast buffet and menu are excellent.

2 out of the 3 hot tub were not working . There was only one that suitable for the maximum of 3 people. However it wasn’t comfortable when 3 people were using it. Our room especially the bathroom had a bad odour . Breakfast was ok. Staff at the reception desk could of been more polite - like asking how was our stay at the time of the check out.

Location is great. Good restaurants are within walking distance . Saunas were good. Room cleaning service was spotless and quick.

The smoking room connected to the dining room for breakfast, and smoke came from this room during breakfast. The reception staff is good quality but nothing extra. Noise during the night while sleeping, a lot of chlorine or chemicals in the jacuzzi that caused the eyes to sting. Since we arrived late on the first day, on the second day we no longer had access to the wellness only for a fee. That means we didn't even get to the wellness. On the other hand, in the Czech Republic, we were guaranteed one entry, regardless of whether we were only half a day on the given day
