The spa was wonderful! Close to the Old town. Beautiful room and bathroom; beautiful views of the river. A kettle was provided when I asked for one. Excellent customer service.

The cigars offered in the fumoir are significantly more expensive compared to general prices in Bratislava, which may not appeal to all guests. Additionally, the operation of the shower controls is somewhat unintuitive and could be improved for a more seamless experience...

The hotel impresses with its excellent location and direct river views. The modern rooms offer high comfort, and the attentive service ensures a thoroughly pleasant stay. Its proximity to the historic city centre and the relaxed atmosphere make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travellers. Highly recommended. Don't forget to book your driver to pick you up in Vienna!

IMPORTANT - Hotel is listed as having a swimming pool. What they don't mention is that you have to PAY to use the pool as it is operated by someone else. This was a big issue for us, and expensive too.

All good / maybe a little damage on the room furniture and hot water was hot and cold hot and cold but I feel this are just minor things that do not reflect the overall quality and good things about the hotel.

It’s my 4th time staying there and it is absolutely exceptional from the valet to concierge to the bar man to the staff at the pool/ spa area! My daughter and i loved it!!!!!!!!!

Booked two single beds thinking they would be sort of seperated but there was about 4 centimeters between the beds and a bedframe, tables plus other architectural elements/the layout of the room with making it almost impossible to seperate the two beds and still keep it functional and good looking.

Fantastic experience from the check-in all the way to the SPA section. Breakfast and service at breakfast was truly dedicated and made me feel spoiled like I was on an all-inclusive vacation resort. Superfresh and stylish premises and the SPA section was truly a gem with a relaxing view over the Danube.

Personally, I didn't like the smell of the detergent on the towels and bathrobe. However, they still smelled freshly washed.

This was the best hotel experience I ever had! The staff was very nice, fast and professional. The breakfast was great. But the room was my highlight: very beautiful, clean, big and still very cozy.

A little out of the way, but we image it’s great for conventions. Trams to center city are fairly close. No coffee maker in the room, which is unusual these days.
