Although I was looking for a place with entertainment for kids, I think that at least the main swimming pool should be just for adults. This big slide in the middle of the swimming pool is a bit too much; there are plenty of attractions dedicated to kids. Also, both restaurants can be improved. The indian one should be open and close a bit later: not sure who is going to eat at 5 pm, and definitely too early at 8 pm for the closing time (we didn't manage to eat there because of that). The PINUS restaurant has very poor and heavy food.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The place is perfect if you have kids, a lot of attractions, and they are always entertained.

Wellness center is a missed opportunity. While the place is decent on its own, given the views outside it had a potential to be amazing. Few strategically placed plants could make you focus on beautiful Tatra view instead of parking lot and rooftop equipment. As it is now the privacy is an issue.

Great place for children. Nice and big playground. Decent sized pool with some water playground amenities. Nicely equipped kitchenette. Great bakery on site. Animations for kids are provided.

Rules for fun zone, supper, and expensive price 23-26.06 . But we was enjoy even with this. We was family with one kid , and don’t wanted big apartments Where can stay 5 people family . Therefore I was reserved room with one large bed and will be agree to pay for HB for kid too. City tax 9 , and apartments was almost 200eur for night without balcony . Even with HB Its not worth so much , because in indian restaurant for kids is no food almost , . breakfast is normal, but same,mostly eggs various ways , no real coffee … fun zone- even here no free animations ….😳 and drinks EVEN water is for money.🤭in mountains it’s free and a lot … it was my first time ever 😱we was for 4 days (checkout till 10:00 so… no pool in that day too) and only one time was for 99min wellness zone . Because i think we stayed only (!) 3 nights . We wasn’t here because we dont go naked in Baltics and in day we was beasy, but in evening with kid you can’t go . Fun zone, pool is from 10-17:00 it’svery small time limit. You should stay at resort ,because you missing pool time . Not very relaxing stay because of those limits and extras and price .kid was enjoy.

Not everything is free in the fun zone, even though we had an entry pass to it. The pools at the spa are not warm.

It is located in a beautiful environment. Our apartment was stylish and was in great condition and perfectly clean. All the staff at the reception were very kind, and also at the restaurant. Multiple sports opportunities are available (basketball, football, and table tennis), and the fun zone has some great stuff.

Instructors available for little kids and for adults. There are some good restaurants in the near vicinity. The apartments were very well equipped. The ski bus can be taken right outside the hotel. I don’t mind about using the spa earlier on the day because later is adults only. The whole stay has been a wonderful experience.

I was a bit confused by their advertisement with ski pass and spa included (as I thought it was the same as TMR hotels) only after reading the description I understood what they actually meant.

The rooms are clean and equipped with everything you need. The staff was friendly and the bus transportation facility to the ski slope was very helpful, even if the return program could have been a bit later. The hotel is very close to both Jasna ski area and Tatralandia Aquapark. For beginners, their slopes are also very good (free access for 3 hours per day). They also have a small spa center where you have free access once every 2 days for an hour and a half.

The fact that we could not stay close to our friends.The app showed that we will have apartments in two houses that are close to each other.Yet on our arrival everything was different and the staff did close to nothing to change it.

It is a wonderful resort. Everything is close and you don't need to walk far. We really liked skiing and the instructors from Smile school.

Place is great for family experience as there are a lot of attractions for children. Big choice for breakfast, comfortable rooms, wonderful territory with alpacas. I really liked that there is a separate, independent hill where you can calmly learn to ski/snowboard. Spa facilities are the best!

No one clean the room in 3 days , we requested clean towels 3 times no one bring for us anything, reception never answer for calls .

Over four days, no one cleaned the room or brought fresh towels even once. There seems to be poor logistical coordination between the restaurant and the reception. Additionally, I hadn’t pre-booked accommodation with dinner included and only dined on the days that were convenient for us, meaning I should have only been charged for the meals I actually used. However, upon checkout, I was billed for twice as many dinners as I actually had. Another unpleasant detail worth noting is that if you plan to ski and use the resort's ski pass, be aware that on the last day of your stay, the day of checkout, you are inexplicably not allowed to use the complimentary ski pass.

An excellent place to spend time with the family! We have visited this resort more than three times, and with each visit, it becomes increasingly clear how much emphasis they place on catering to families with children. There are animators, an amusement park, and a mini zoo, providing plenty of activities to keep children entertained. Additionally, the resort offers a restaurant, bar, gym, and fitness center to keep adults engaged. The ski slope is perfect for beginners, both kids and adults, although it might feel a bit dull for more advanced skiers.

On Christmas Eve, we couldn’t go in any of the restaurants, because the tables had to be reserved in advance. But since we arrived that day and were not told in advance, we couldn’t do anything but just wait until the next day. Even though the ski slope was functioning and my elder son could ski, there was no place for the little one for sledding. They started to make the sledding mountain for kids later after Christmas.

The apartment was cosy and well-equipped. Sinice we stayed during Christmas time, there were some presents like a plate of various fruits and a box with sweets. We came with kids, so there were special dishes and bath sets for kids, which is very nice.
