There were a lot of empty but reserved parking place. If you arrive a little later, than you can have problem to find an empty slot in the garage. And we were not in peak season.

- reception staff need more training. First I thought it is limited problem to one person, then I found they all were untrained and somehow not very nice (arrogance combined with lack of knowledge) - Hugh temperate through summer months in the room. I mean you should be able to regulate temperatures in the room and not having 27C

- spa and pool area - good breakfast - everyone nice aside reception staff - great location and views - very new and spacious - great cleaning

Parking is expensive at 13 EUR per day. Also managing extra requests weren't great. We left our toothpaste at home, and asked for one at the reception. Expected a 5 star hotel to give you a small tube, but they offered to open the giftshop where toothpaste was availabe instead. Our room had 2 storeys with steep stairs and we were visiting with a toddler. Asked for a baby gate, which was mentioned on booking as an option, but they couldn't provide any. Dinners were quite expensive at 30EUR per person, and weren't as great as the breakfast.

Beautiful surroundings, very close to nature and hiking trails. Beautiful hotel, great price-value ratio. Amazing breakfast with a wide variety of foods.

So far it is the best hotel I have stayed in Slovakia. New, comfortable, with exceptional spa, restaurant. The whole space is so stress relieving. Breakfasts are just top :) Beds are comfortable, I always sleep so well when I'm here. Will definitely come back soon.

The quality of food not woth of 25 euro per person. pancakes were not fresh every day onlu thursday, waffle also. Cottage cheese brownie was like sponge without taste. I would expect for such hotel and price exceptional quality and freshness...!

It was our first time staying at the Damian Jasna Hotel. We definitely plan to come back ❤️. We appreciated garage parking. Room modernly furnished, spacious,clean. We appreciated the balcony with a view of the mountains. The hotel has an amazing wellness center on the top floor with breathtaking mountain views. The surprise was that the spa wasn't full at all. The hotel is really beautiful in wood and stone style. The staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast rich selection of food, everything tasted great. We also used the hotel restaurant the food was famous.You definitely won't be bored at hotel u can use biliard or bowling and other board games. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we look forward to our next stay. ❤️

When we arrived, we were offered to leave the car in the hotel’s parking lot, and only at check-out were we charged €15 per night — even though there’s plenty of free parking outside. One of the pools was closed and empty

one of the best 5 star hotels I've been to. everything is superlative. the spa which is located on the top floor is a dream, with mountain views from every window you look at, very attentive and prompt staff, we celebrated our wedding anniversary and a birthday, they gave us a branci as a gift plus half an hour of massage😘❤️. we will definitely visit this hotel again when we have the chance

Massive room, beautifully designed. Very fancy features (Japanese style toilet, automated curtains, ability to choose the pillow style). Tasty and varied buffet style breakfast and dinner. Very convenient to buy the ski pass from the hotel (€30 day/person). Right next to the slopes (5 min walk to ski lift). Great, spacious ski room to store your gear. Common areas are beautiful and very well kept. We also tried the a la carte restaurant for lunch and was also great. The Spa is to die for and so is the gym. Great, spacious facilities. Adults-only quiet area with saunas, steam rooms, salt rooms and cold plunges. Outdoor pool and great kids area. Fantastic gym. 10/10 recommend.

The pervasive cigar smell is quite disturbing, especially if you are arriving with small children, the insulation of the cigar room is probably not good enough.

- english spoken by employees can be improved - a few small things can be improved for room cleaning/maintenance (low soap in bathroom, no refill for water bottles). - no direct pedestrian path from the hotel to the ski lifts.

- we were lucky to get a quiet room, the insulation in the room/hotel was great. - the spa has quite a few nice options for pools/sauna/gym. - great variety of food for both breakfast and dinner. - fairly priced bar beverages - ski room is big and well organized. - stunning views - variety of entertainment activities
