The only thing that we could do with, but was missing would be a small kitchen annex to prepare own meals.

The room was really clean, cosy and nicely decorated - loved all the details such as the paintings on wooden boards hanged on the walls or the dream catchers :). Breakfasts were really nice - you could choose between a few sweet or savoury options.

It's a bit difficult to drive into the yard because it's a busy road outside - especially when you arrive the first time because you can't open the gate without a key (you have to call them). It's difficult to park outside the gate. It would have been nice to have a proper chair and a table for reading and writing in the room.

The staff was very warm and friendly and easy to talk to. Breakfast was great. The room was very cosy and stylishly decorated. I felt very comfortable and safe during the whole stay. There's a locked gate to the property, so even your car is safe.

Our room was street facing and was very loud in the night and evening. In summer it gets very hot, so windows and blinds are always shut, so no natural light.

Nice place with welcoming staff. Breakfast is quite fillling. Spa center is outstanding.

We made a rather last-minute and unexpected reservation, which the staff handled excellently. From the first moment, we felt very welcome. Our room had everything we could wish for during a one-night stay, but to be honest, I can imagine gladly extending my stay for a few more nights. The room and all the premises were impeccably clean and cozy. The breakfast was tasty and beautifully plated. The whole hotel has a wonderful concept, and you can feel it everywhere. I'd be happy to come back.

There were no downsides to our stay

Cozy interiors, airy room, clean bathroom. And the breakfast… my goodness, the breakfast was crazy good, every day. The apartments are at a 15 minute walk from the city center. The host is super nice, she made sure all our needs were met. You could tell she put a lot of work and dedication into this place. We went there to ski mostly–Jasna is a 15-20 minute car ride from here. There are private parking spots for guests right next to the property.

Water spills out of the shower too easily. Would be nice to have even a small table inside the room.

Nicely decorated room and rest of the building. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and cosy atmosphere. Maybe we got lucky, but the hotel guests and the area were completely quiet during the night.

There was virtually no sound insulation and as some guest decided to have a New Year's Eve party, it was extremely noisy.

Can't come up with anything specific, Burina is honest about everything upfront, so your expectations are not misled.

Excellent value for money: kind and extremely helpful staff, amazing vegan breakfasts (a la carte, you need to choose from salty and sweet options in advance), comfy and cosy rooms. Even though hotel is on the busy road, soundproofing is good, as i couldn't hear road noises at all. A bit far from city center by foot, but if you have a car location is very convenient and free parking is provided on site (a bit narrow and not that straightforward, but totally manageable). Wellness (extra charge - 20€ for 2 hours and latest you can get there is 17:00): it was so worth it after long day hiking!

There is no air conditioning and it was really hot in the room in August. There was a ventilator, but it was pretty loud and we could not sleep with it on. The owner seemed almost upset by our presence there, which made us feel somehow uncomfortable.

Very rude and unpleasant staff. On the second day of our stay, the pillowcases were taken from our bed without notifying us. We had to sleep without it. Beds are short.

We were 2 families with 2 rooms. Firstly, we walked into the reception and the lights were off so it was dark. We were told to choose from the menu a breakfast option. We could not see the menu as it was dark so we used our phones lights to help. We chose the porridge and avocado toast options. The porridge was ok. The avocado toast was tasteless. Very little avocado. There was no more food available at breakfast and we left hungry. Only one drink offered at breakfast. We were disappointed that it was not buffet breakfast. In the corridor you can hear all conversations made in the rooms. No privacy. Both families slept very bad cause the heating was too high and the rooms were too hot despite being freezing cold temperatures outside. We had to open windows in both rooms in middle of night. Not very ecological. The wellness was extra EUR 20 per person!!! Total waste of money. Sauna was not hot enough. Steam room was dark - no lights. No light music playing. The wellness should be included. No shampoo, conditioner or shower gel were provided in the rooms. We were very surprised. Extra bed means mattress on the floor. Overall the stay was way over priced and a real disappointment that I would not even return to Liptovsky Mikulas. This is the longest review I have written to express my frustration!d

The concept of the hotel is great. The parking is gated.
