NetherlandsGreat hotel, however, there were a few things to improve: check-in was slow with no one at reception for a long time, and check-out was also inefficient despite two staff members being present. The bathroom was not clean on arrival (long hairs on the floor, bottles, and sink area). The room itself is fine, though the shower is very small. The pools are lovely, but only open at 9 a.m. The fitness room is disappointing. Check-out at 10 a.m. feels a bit early for the price level.
Beautiful location with a spacious garden full of activities. The atmosphere in the hotel is excellent, with plenty of opportunities to relax and unwind. It’s a place where you can truly enjoy yourself. The outdoor bar is especially relaxing, overlooking the stunning garden."

AustriaCertain staff members would need customer need satisfaction training. Also the indoor sauna is almost impossible to stay in as the wooden benches get extremely hot.
Hotel is surrounded by nature with many hiking road at its doorsteps. Also the outdoor facilities are big plus especially in the summer. Wellness is enjoyable with good sized pools and several sauna options.

SlovakiaExtra charge of outdoor hotel parking, it should be included in the room price, almost everybody is visiting this hotel by car, so logically it should be comprised within the room charge. It is 6€/night so is rather symbolic, but this hotel is the only one with such a strange price policy, to top of that even if you are not informed before the check-in🙈

United KingdomAfter check out, you have to leave the hotel. In my experience, other hotels of similar level and price let you use the facilities even after you check out, store your bags and accommodate your needs according to your travel arrangements.
It was modern and clean, nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast options, decent meal at the restaurant - although it wA very very quiet!

AustriaThe evening buffet was disappointing, especially for the price we paid. We and other guests we spoke to were expecting a-la carte, but were disappointed to learn that for the summer months they only do buffet in the evening. The coffee machine is quite slow, leading to long lines and wait times in the morning. There were very few staff members that spoke English or German, thus it was difficult to communicate. The prices are very high for drinks and midday food. Pool towels cost extra. On the website it seems like they have bikes and e-bikes to lend out to guests, but when we asked we found out you have to order them at least one day before, and they also cost extra and quite a lot.
The rooms are very nice, comfortable, and clean. The hotel has lots of activities and a very large garden. The wellness area is great, very well-made. There are lots of toys and activities for kids and babies. The entire hotel, including pool and pool-area, were clean and well-kept. Staff were mostly very nice. The masseuse is very good. The hotel is very welcoming and accommodating to families.
