Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesOn the second and third floors there was a high frequency, hissing noise. At first I though I was suffering from tinnitus, but I checked with an audio metering app. on my phone (spectroid) and it was real. Funnily enough, this noise was absent on the first two floors but was very evident on the upper two floors. I tried, but couldn't locate the source. It was really annoying. So I would stay here again, but only on the first floor.
Breakfast was good, with a good selection of items, and you could order cappuccinos and omelettes to be brought to your table.

PolandŁąck of parking, but if you’re lucky you can find a spot on the street and use parkometr. It will cost you about €25 for 24 hrs (8am till midnight you pay).
Fantastic small hotel near all the attractions. Loved the location, room comfort, breakfast, amenities. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and riverwalk. The center of city is not all that big so you can see most attractions getting there by foot.

HungaryWe liked the location, the Hotel is in the city center. Perfect size of the room, there was free space in the room besides the required furnitures. Parking elevator is not so horrible and good parking price. For breakfast we had English breakfast, continental breakfast, fruits, vegetables, cakes... You can ask for normal coffee and it is included in the price.

Excellent location in the city centre. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a view to calm backyard, very clean. The hotel was full but we were never disturbed. It was last minute choice, but we were satisfied.
