The property is very comfortable with an excellent location. The room is spacious and well equipped. The next door cafe/breakfast is outstanding. We went there everyday. I think that is the only one serves breakfast 🍳

The bathroom ventilation in the night was too loud, the cleaning of the room started before we checked out while we were having breakfast in a café

The location was amazing, in the downtown of SNV, not far from anywhere, including train station. I had a good sleep, mattresses were comfortable and location was silent.

The way(stairway) from parking to the apartment is under reconstruction, not safe to walk. Shower was leaking outside the corner to the bathroom floor.

It is located right at the main square, it has private free parking, free Netflix :) fridge available, shampoo and shower gel available, spacious room and bathroom. There is a very good place for breakfast right under the apartment(open 7 days in a week)

The location close to the crossroads was quite noisy.

Very well equipped new and comfortable apartment room in the very center of the town with many options to eat - we enjoyed great dinner in the town and breakfast just below the room in a cosy cafe.

There were guests looking into our room from the window in the evening. I'm not saying it's the property owner's fault, I'm just saying that you should always remember to shut your windows at night.

This is my second stay at the facility. The first time I was here alone, this time with my mum and brother. I have no complaints about the facilities. The room is absolutely beautiful and you're even provided with a fridge and a kettle and even tea and coffee. The owner there is a delightful person to talk to, she even gave us Apartmány Rudolf themed dark chocolate. The room and the bathroom were clean and the TV had Netflix which is always a plus 😁. These facilities are situated in the historical city square. The entrance is a bit easy to miss though. For those who are staying here, the entrance is right next to the DM store. It's a shame I forgot to take pictures.

Getting in touch with the host was quick and easy. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Even though the windows were oriented towards the busy street and downtown, they provided enough of acoustic isolation, so there was no disturbance during the night sleep. Free and secure parking was available in the backyard and easily accessible - which is not very common for many European hotels, especially in the centers of historical cities. This was mine second stay in this apartment and I will come back again.

Amazing location and a beautiful room. I wholeheartedly recommend this business if you're planning to stay in Spišská Nová Ves. The business is situated literally in the town square so nothing is ever too far away.

The check-in situation was not the best. I was kept waiting for the host to arrive after having texted the number 30 minutes in advance as requested. The bed was pretty uncomfortable because the mattress was too soft with a huge dip in the middle of it. It meant 2 pretty uncomfortable nights

Due to misunderstanding someone from stuff was entering our room without my knowledge. I do not like when people roam around my private stuff. After claiming it to owner, he said the cleaning lady was it for emptying the trash and changing the towels but none of these happened. Weird situation, but fortunately nothing disappeared from my belongings.
