There could be a bigger billboard on the main road. The road quality is poor at the junction, you have to be careful.

Why? Why do new properties insist on placing shower screens that are far too small to hold in the water spray from the shower. Water went everywhere each time we took a shower. Kitchen could do with a toaster.

Location was great, on a lake, had its own pier you could swim off. Everything is brand new. Sofa bed fits 2 adults nicely, so it was more than enough for my under 12 year old kids. 5min walk from Tatralandia Waterpark, short drive to nearby towns with necessary amenities. We left wishing we had booked more days.

Great views, great location, great facilities. Near the lake, near tatralandia and liptovsky mikulas. Clean, new and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Quiet and peaceful.

We checked in at Friday for 5 nights and they didn't clean the room until Monday, only one time for all our stay. 15 € each person for using a sauna and hot tub for 2 hours, no mirrors in the room, only one at bathroom

restaurant at the property is below standard, sadly they forgot part of the order. in general food is of good quality but tasteless, including breakfast. Walls are pretty thin and noises are coming through them easily; EV chargers were inaccessible - one is broken, another one blocked by regular vehicle as it's not marked in any way

surrounding area is great; room is well equipped and provides enough amenities; good thing to have SPA at the location and own mini-pier at the lake

Buildings are new so they are nice. There is an option to set the temperature in the rooms, albeit cumbersome, but still nice. Breakfast was fair. It did repeat every day, but the variety was sufficient. Fresh stuff, sweet stuff, cooked stuff. The beer is very good at their restaurant. Plenty of parking spaces.

Great place to spend your winter holiday. It is best suited for families, it has a nice restaurant with really good breakfast and decent food for lunch or dinner. The rooms are large and the beds were comfortable, the only minor downside were the TVs, as there were no more Android TV boxes available and we could not watch anything. But there are plenty of things to do around -Tatralandia Spa, Demanova Ski Center, etc. As a bonus we could charge our electric car a couple of times during our stay here, so this could be a a nice surprise for some.

It's hard to tell what I didn't like. I would appreciate the machinetta in my room. There was not any coffee maker in my room.

Our stay in Maladinovo exceeded our expectations. The staff is very friendly and willing to help. Comfortable and large bed in the bedroom, view of the field and mountains. The sofa on which the children slept was also very comfortable and large. Quiet place, despite the large number of vacationers! The restaurant is located next to the playground, which is convenient especially in the evening. You can sit in the fresh air, and the children run around nearby. I really liked the children's animation! The children were happy to participate, the animator translated the tasks into English for them when necessary) and most of the time, these were dances and sports games, so translation was not particularly needed. And the fact that the hotel is located on the shore of the lake is a special pleasure. 2 minutes and you are on the pier, from which you can swim.

Thin walls, we heard our neighbors very well. Low water pressure in the shower. The shower can't be closed, it cause water to lick. Breakfast was ok, but it didn't change from day to day. The air conditioning was only for the living room and made a lot of noise.

One of our twin bed lamps was not working, and I wen to the reception to let them know this problem and a lady promised sending a housekeeper, but no one repaired it in 3 days. It was not a major issue, but a bit annoying to neglect a request. A sunshade would be useful on the windows because the sun is very strong on the afternoon through the full-size windows and it's loveley to sit there watching the view.

Very good location, the lake is only a few minutes walk. The lake and its environment is beautiful, with lots of places to swim or children to play, and also trees to block direct sunshine. Liptovsky Mikulas is 5 minutes by car. The apartment was clean and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped to cook simple foods like pasta or eggs. Lots of people speak good english in the nearby restaurants, sightseeing locations.
