There is no hot water in the middle of the night. 1) I checked-in late at night after a flight, 4:am. No hot water. 2) 2 nights later, in 2:30am , no hot water. (Tried for 20 min) The staff was polite, but didn't know what to do about this. Other than that, there was always hot water anytime even at 10/11am.

Everything was great 👍🏽, much space and a luxurious feel. If you are feeling to impress someone, this is the hotel for you. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Will probably be back again. P.S Very nice patio downstairs for having a smoke.

Missing accessories for the baththub like foam of other bubbly stuff.

We had the superior room which is ve spacious. The bed was big, I assume king size. Very good mattrace, high quality sheets. The bathroom is also spacious with a shower that could fit 4 people and a standing bathtub. The hotel offers room service. The choices from the restaurant are mostly light meals. Therenis pubkic parkingninfront of the hotel. Rooms have windows facing a small quiet street. The only thing we were missing was some baththub accessories like foam or salts. That we handled from a supermarket. Overall - will stay there def again. Rhe hotel doesnt have a 24hr reception. After 7pm you can enter the hotel with your card.

It is on a main road, so it can be loud at times.

The hotel has good sized rooms and a good breakfast. It is near enough town and near some good places to eat and drink. The front of house staff was extremely helpful and friendly

The air conditioning wasn’t as strong as we’d have liked it to be.

The property was really beautifully designed, and so close to the heart of old town which made getting around very easy. The rooms were really comfortable and clean, and the cot we requested had a lovely mattress on it which made us feel that even our toddler’s experience was being taken into consideration. Every member of staff from the girls working the breakfast and bar, to the receptionists, and the housekeepers were so helpful, friendly and accommodating and were happy to help us with every question and request we had.

We couldn't get the room cool in the very hot weather. I think there had been a problem with the air conditioning.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. They arranged an early check in for us, cleaning our room especially and also made a special take away breakfast for us on the last day as we were leaving early. Very impressed

No fault of the property but construction works on outside next door which effected morning but unfortunately can’t be helped. Would have loved to have bacon at breakfast too but otherwise I highly recommend this hotel when booking in Kosice.

I would have appreciated another plug socket or two.

I was very pleased with my stay here. The building is very solid and the sound proofing was excellent. I slept like a log, unlike at some other hotels where you can hear every sound. It’s right on the edge of the Old Town. The staff are smiley and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised at the range and quality of the breakfast. The hotel itself is modern and very clean. The aircon in my room was great - cooled everything down in no time. It was a single room but was spacious.

There is an own parking behind the hotel, which is not self explanatory to reach (you have to find a blue big gate first, go through it, than through another black gate) and few spaces for cars.

Everything very good: the size of the room & bathroom - impressive (we had a triple room), the beds comfortable, the breakfast not very varied, but of very good quality, 5 min walk to the city center.

I arrived late at night and woke up late the next morning. I almost came too late for breakfast but the friendly receptionist had already told the restaurant staff about my delayed arrival and that I would probably sleep longer the next morning so they were prepared and made sure I still got a wonderful breakfast after all. The cook even offered me to prepare fresh eggs for me. It was amazing. I never had such a good service before :). I asked for nothing but they just knew what I needed.

We arrived in the morning before 10am with the intention of dropping our bags off until check in and the guy on reception said he would check if the room was available for us now at no extra charge. Luckily for us the room was available and we were all checked in and unpacked within minutes of arrival. The room was very large with the biggest double bed I have seen. The bathroom was very big too. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the main street. Breakfast was good, sausage, eggs, beans, cold meats and cheeses. Not a big selection of fruit available but that was ok. The bar never seemed to be open but that wasn't an issue for us. There was a coffee machine and pods in the room for us to use and also a kettle and fridge. I would go back there if we ever visited Kosice again.

There was huge amount of e-mails from the hotel before my arrival. Mostly they had the same info and I do not think it was necessary to spam my e-mail with so many.

Location of the hotel was great and stuff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and very quiet.
