Lots of paperwork at the check-in.... The entrance to the hotel is not very obvious, some difficulties there were concerning the way to the hotel parking. To change the temperature in the room or to turn it off, you have to call the reception. This is strange. During breakfast the fridge with cheese and yogurts was so far and in the corner of the table that even having the medium hight and long hands, I had difficulties to take anything from there.

The room was quite cosy, the bathroom was vast. The hotel is standing in the very city center, which is quite convenient, and has its own parking lot (10 EUR/night). There is also a small playroom for children on the 0 floor. Breakfast is fine.

The air conditioning didn’t really cool the room and there was a spider web on the selling. Also there is a roof window with not blind so you wake up as soon as the sun is up.

Although we were aware of the additional costs for the parking and for our dog, it would be nice if they would be included in the price (as was the case in most of the other hotels/apartments during our holiday).

We absolutely loved the location and the possibility to park the car. You just step out through the main entrance and you're right in the heart of Košice.

I would like to make a special remark for the professional skills and courtesy of Miss Lidia from the reception, she did really her best to help me with room upgrade to make my stay very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

I kind of missed slippers and bathrobes in the room, but the major issue for me was the shower. I waited for minutes to get a hot water and still the water was warm, not hot. That's a disappointment if you need to warm up after a few hours spent outdoors on the Xmas market.

Location is superb, breakfast is really good too. Staff is amazing, very pleasant and helpful.

The only issue was that there was a bathtub in the bathroom, so showering was a little impractical and the water got on the floors. Also there was only one socket by one side of the bed and one socket in the bathroom so charging phones were difficult.

Close to the city centre, nice and clean bedroom, comfy bed, clean bathroom The breakfast was good, although the options were limited, but this is a smaller hotel, so that’s to be expected. Very nice and helpful staff. The restaurant is great too, we had dinner there and the meals were tasty.

Had a room on the third floor - which was OK, but the bed is pretty small and crammed into a corner. And what happens often in these countries is that there is no stand alone shower - you have to shower in the bath tub, which I do NOT like.

NO OUTLETS! The only outlet was in the bathroom! I had to drag a little table into the bathroom and jam it as close as possible to the sink, in order to charge everything. And the hot plate for the kettle was the whole, large tray, which I had to precariously balance between the sink and the table!

The pillows were big and fluffy. It had a kettle in the room, and the breakfast had several egg varieties. Also the location, on the main street in the pedestrian zone was good.

It was not possible to switch the shower to showing mode. The light above washbasin was not working and the base for soap was broken and just laid on the basin.

Air condition is controlled from reception, that is not always comfortable. Small veriaety at breakfast, but enough to be full. I don't like carpets at floor, but it is my personal concern

Nice hotel located on the main street so very close to restaurants and main sights. Single room was clean and comfortable and quiet so slept well. Breakfast was good, particularly enjoyed the fresh bread. Man at reception was very friendly and helpful, he made a great effort to find a hotel brochure for my collection. I would definitely stay here again and can recommend Kosice as a place to visit for a weekend break.
