We had a nice stay, the wellness was a plus. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. It is convininetly placed just at the Pohorje bike park. Breakfast had ablot of choice, but we were not that satisfired with how the food was prepaired.

Massage service is not available during summer, information which was not in booking.com, but the reception said was there. Anyway, the massage service is the reason why we booked there in the first place and to find out that it's not available was annoying and inconvenient. There were a lot of biting insects that came into the apartment because we had to open the windows as there was no air-conditioning. Stove and fridge had no more electricity at 9am on check-out day. We wanted to prepare breakfast but was unable to.

The apartments were nice and spacious, although a bit dated. We loved that we had 1 bath with toilet, 1 shower with toilet, and an extra toilet!

The staff at the reception is often overhelmed with tasks, since they are also responsible for the bar at the lobby. Despite of all they were always friendly, you only needed to wait a bit longer for your order.

Beautiful wooden style apartments only 5min walk from the ski area! Buffet breakfast and dinner are delicious and also include slovenian traditional cuisine.

I've booked apartment with balcony, but got apartment with terrace facing main street (not oj, since we had dog with us). The bed was a disaster – I don’t know whether the mattresses were cheap or worn out, but after two sleepless nights we ended our stay a day early. The couch was a similar disaster: when you sat down, you sank into an overly soft seat on one side, while on the other you hit the wooden inner edges. The stairs to the apartment were damaged in several places, so you really had to walk carefully. Overall, the surroundings (Building Bolfenk 3) were poorly maintained. Upon our early check-out, I told the receptionist why we were leaving a night earlier. She didn’t comment at all, didn’t apologize, or suggest an alternative apartment. Even though she was a student, I would still expect her superiors to provide at least some basic guidelines on how to handle complaints.

The apartment was spacious. The building was directly connected to the pool.

My partner and I enjoyed every bit of our stay. We loved the dinner and breakfast options, our balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and the pool/jazuzzi area. The highlight was the friendliness of staff. We will definitely return.

They did not clean our room or replace the towels during our stay, even though the bathrooms had instructions on where to put the towels if we wanted to replace them. They did not clean our apartment thoroughly before our stay, the kitchen equipment was dirty, and you better not look under the sofa. The wellness area is not maintained, half of the showers and hair dryers are out of order, lockers did not work at all.

The location is great, the apartment itself is really nice and cozy. Breakfast was pretty good as well. There is a really nice playing room for small children just outside the wellness area.

We initially chose this hotel because we were impressed by the advertised wellness facilities showcased in the images. However, upon arrival, we were extremely disappointed to discover that the wellness and sauna world are only open on weekends. This crucial detail was not mentioned anywhere on the booking site, which felt misleading. Furthermore, the behavior of the staff, particularly at reception, was shockingly unprofessional. When we inquired about the table tennis advertised on the website, the receptionist responded with an attitude that was not only rude but dismissive, as though we were inconveniencing her. She led us to the room where the table tennis was supposed to be, but it was filled with chairs and tables, essentially being used as a storage space. To make matters worse, she told us we could clear the room ourselves if we wanted to play. I have never experienced such poor service and disrespect at any hotel. This was not only disappointing but completely unacceptable.

The hotel had a great view and an excellent location, which were the only highlights of our stay.

Do not stay at this hotel. They are a rip off. We booked 4 nights here so that we could enjoy close proximity to the ski slopes only to find on arrival that the resort was closed and indeed there was no snow on the ground. The resort failed to notify us that the mountain was bereft of any snow and given we had travelled from Australia to Slovenia to ski, it was a total waste of money. We requested to cancel the 4 nights and offered as reasonable compromise that we pay for at least 2 night's and they refund 2 nights. They refused and said that this was their policy, knowing full well that we had travelled all the way from Australia. We stayed one night and then travelled to Austria where we had to pay again for accommodation but at least we were able to ski. We let the property know of our disappointment, but they were steadfast in their 'policy' and would not provide any form of refund. Interestingly, when we made a final effort to request a refund, they property offered us a 2 night's accommodation voucher to be used before November 2024. A disingenuous offer when the property's management knew full well that we lived in Australia. and would not be back. Don't ski here or stay here - it is too unreliable. An expensive lesson to learn. Oh, and the apartment that we did stay in for 1 night had no hot water in the evening or in the morning of our departure.

Nothing apart from the fact that the front desk representatives understood our plight, but they could not override the reservation's and hotel management's harsh and rigid decision.

The swimming pool is pretty basic, and if you want to go to saunas it's an additional pay. And beds could be a bit more comfortable.

The location is amazing and the whole complex is beautiful in the middle of the snow woods, you really feel you have escaped the city. It was amazing to have a fireplace in the room!

However there is a diswasher in the apartment, we only could use it on the last night, because there is only 2 plates of all kind, and only a pair of cutleries. The coffee maker needed a special type of capsule and only two was given, so we could't make coffee in the mornings. The sauna world is great, but the price is too high (26/person).

The staff was super friendly everytime we talked to them. The location is exceptional, only few minutes walk from the slopes. There was a ski depot ín the apartment building, which made our life easier. The room (studio apartment with private entrance) was spacious and cosy. The description said there is a fireplace, but turned out there wasn't (it turned out in advance so it was not a disappointment on the spot). There are a lot of storage in the kitchen and the room as well. However the apartment sent an email earlier, which said that we should bring diswasher detergent, toilet paper, teatowel, etc, we found everything in the apartment.
