Perfect apartment – spotless, beautifully furnished, spacious, and equipped with everything you need. Great location in a quiet area, just a 20-minute walk from the city center. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. The parking is a big plus. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a good location, and we had no issues accessing the apartment. The kitchen and living area is spacious and well equipped. The apartment was clean and the seats in the living area's comfortable. We had friends also staying at the apartment complex and everything about their apartment was great.

There were some great things about this place but there were a few things that were absolutely awful, to the point that we left after one night and stayed somewhere else on the 2nd night we had booked. The negatives relate to the actual room that we had. We had the one-bedroom apartment in the basement. The room has a separate entrance to the main house as it is located under all the other rooms. It has small high windows inside with bars that align to ground level outside. The light into the apartment is limited in the living and kitchen area, very limited in the very small bedroom and it's quite dark without a light on in the bathroom and apartment entry area. On entry to the apartment there is a set of big cupboard doors that don't close properly along the right had side, this is to hide the services equipment supplying all the apartments with gas water etc. They generate quite a bit of heat and we thought that in the event of a fire would block any way to get out of the apartment given they are located next to the only entry/exit for the apartment. The apartment is advertised as airconditioned, and the apartment our friends stayed in upstairs was nicely airconditioned, but this apartment is definitely not. There was a small noisy portable air-conditioning unit that had only a short cord so needed to be moved around and plugged in close to the area you wanted to cool down. We couldn't sleep as the bedroom was hot and stuffy without the air-conditioning unit and noisy with it. Also with such a small window and the bed pushed up along one wall as the room is not big enough to allow the bed to be in the centre of the room the person on the wall side can only exit the bed by the end of it without disturbing the other person.

Very spacious and well-equipped apartment, 10 minutes' walk from city centre. Efficient aircon in main living room, well-equipped kitchen, large bedrooms - would easily accommodate 4 people.

WhatsApp code to access property was a little temperamental at times, Only room to part 2 cars, so don't be third or you'll have to pay.

Good Location for the price, clean, comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. We were in Apt. 3, which was nice and cool indoors despite of the hot summer. The management company was helpful when we had to arrange for another guests car to move so our car would fit as well. Also the apartment had good soundproofing.

The kitchen is quite small with a small table and there isn't a separate dining room, so we ate on the sofa. The automatic gate for the parking spot needed a bit of fiddling with to fully open.

Really lovely and really elegant period spacious apartment, well situated to the north of the centre. Only there for one night, but found it very comfortable for unwinding.

The code for the gate did not work for me so we parked in the street, though other guests obviously succeeded. Other things worked as per instructions. There was no microwave (though I realise it seems to be fitted as a more traditional kitchen), so I could not heat my eye pad.

Large rooms, clean, all basics were provided. Wish we stayed longer.

Location was very nice and the apartment too. We were surprised by how big and spatious it was. We had an apartment on the down floor with the terrace. Really happy with my stay here.

Only thing I could say is that they were 2 pans that didnt work with induction.

Excellent location - 10 minutes walk to the center. Low-rise area.

I was not expecting to enter such a place for the price we paid; at first, we thought we were in the wrong location with how pristine everything looked. The place was very nice and clean, close to the centre yet on a quiet street.

Some kitchen utensils are missing, like a colander, a cutting board, and there is no microwave. We had an issue with the stove tops where it wouldn't accept some pots or pans that were put on top, and the hobs wouldn't start.

Very quiet location, huge bed and comfortable mattress. We slept amazing!

I missed a coffee maker, but it is only a detail

The exterior of the villa is quite pretty. On the inside of the room there isn't anything in particular that stood out for us, as we were not interested in using the sauna, but if that is your thing I guess you would find better value for money here.

There were quite a few negatives in our experience. Number one was the cleaning. Toilet seat was dirty, there were spider webs in the corners of the ceilings, and in the floor, where the toilet and shower doors slide, it was full of dirt. Second point was that on booking it was stated that the room had AC, but it didn't seem to work, and it was quite hot in the room. We tried contacting the staff via booking, but we got no answer. To be fair it was already a bit late, but we didn't even get an acknowledgement of our message the next day, just a generic message to rate our experience. One less critical point but still uncomfortable was the door to enter the building was quite heavy and hard to push open. Overall we found it quite overpriced for the value it offers if you are not planning to use the sauna, which was our case.

Location is great. Apartment is very, very clean, and huge, and bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Electric sockets are poorly located throughout the apartment, but that is the only inconvenience
