We also appreciate your comment regarding the layout of the building. As the property is located in a historically protected building, certain structural limitations are beyond our ability to modify. It's also great to know that the bed met your basic comfort needs. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your stay due to the renovation work. We understand how carrying luggage between floors can be tiring, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this temporary improvement period. Your comments regarding the automatic outdoor lighting and curtain coverage are very helpful. We will certainly review the curtain design in those rooms to better manage light disturbances for future guests. We also take note of your suggestion about the bed firmness. While we understand that mattress preferences can vary, we’ll look into providing more options or alternatives to better accommodate individual needs where possible.
