Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CroatiaThe location was a little far away from the ski resort, but the charm of the place makes up for it
The hosts are very nice and lovely people. The breakfast was plentiful and there were many choices. The rooms are warm and you do not need to worry about ever being cold. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the furniture was new, with comfortable beds. The highlight of the stay was definitely the Scottish cows and the cute cats :) We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

GermanyWe got the room with a window in the ceiling. This is the only disadvantage of our whole stay. When it is raining, you cannot open it reallyz just a bit. And the view from the room is almost absent. Additionally you need to consider, that location is on the hill. You need ca. 20 minutes to climb the hill with a car. We were ready for this and enjoyed, but just for info here
Very friendly hosting family, offered very tasty and reach dinner for fair money. Local food from own farm is available and is superb. The room is clean, everything is new and functions well

Czech RepublicBrand newly renovated rooms with stylish and practical wooden furnishings, very comfortable beds, and a warm welcome from the hosts. Breakfast and dinner (by prior agreement) were both generous and delicious, using home produce from the farm. We stayed a night longer than originally planned, and would definitely come again. The location is quiet and the surrounding countryside is beautiful and ideal for cycling and walking.
