I must admit that when I entered the complex, I didn't know where I made the reservation and I was nervous, but immediately after I arrived at the reception and as I discovered the complex, all my emotions disappeared. The room has all the facilities, the balcony is a big plus. The air conditioner above the entrance door is an excellent idea and does not bother me at all. The breakfast and the service were exceptional, I was impressed by every option chosen. The parking is within the complex and safe. The complex also has a swimming pool, which is extremely clean, and the club staff is very attentive and prompt. Overall, the accommodation at Sea Resort Marina Portiroz was exceptional and I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, we faced some issues at check-in as we arrived late due to a traffic accident, and the reception is not open 24/7. There were also maintenance works on the sewage system, so we had no water in the room from 10 PM to 2 AM.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, very clean, with a pleasant scent, comfortable bed, and excellent soundproofing. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel offers a secure gated area with parking right on site. The beach is just a 10-minute walk, and the nearest grocery store is about 15 minutes away.

Checkin was awkward and confusing, too much waiting for someone to show up. (Although we were perhaps after hours, about 7pm). Modern building, no elevator to go up one floor

Shame for rooms with balconies to be overlooking the restaurant roof with exhaust fans but these do turn off at night.

Stunning rooms, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was incredible and staff superb. Very quiet location and easy to get around. Generous and easy parking too.

Special thank to the hotel as they upgraded us to the suite. Many rooms to stay plus living room for joing dinner. The rooms and all equipments are new, comfortable and clean.

The reception was in a different building (the main reception for the marina) so it lacked a little atmosphere. It felt more like rooms above a restaurant but that wasn’t really a problem.

Large, clean, modern rooms with lots of storage. The interconnecting rooms were perfect for travelling with children. Amazing air conditioning!! The breakfasts were lovely, gluten free options as well. There was plenty of choice on the menu and it was all freshly made. The location was great, just out of the town but an easy walk in and there was free parking.

Couldn't think of anything.

The resort residing at the marina is ít a very convenient location. There is a restaurant belonging to it, that provides a great breakfast, possible to choose from a lot of options, and they are all worth it. There is a bar called Wakanda at the other end of the marina functioning as a beach as well, with cocktails and all sort of drinks, with a great sea view. The entry to the Laguna pool is free of charge for the resort residents, it's a great addition. The marina staff and of the restaurant as well is super kind and friendly. Highly recommended place to stay.

Rooms are clean and new. Breakfast is definitely a big plus. As well I like the position of the air condition, you can have it at smaller fan speed at night and you don't feel the blow when sleeping but it still cools down the air.

Great option to stay in Portoroz. Free parking in their facilities, big rooms with AC and really new. Great swimming pool and great sunset views. The breakfast is delicious!

the location in the marina is wonderful, I recommend visiting the hotel restaurant, they have a really excellent menu, and for sunset, the Beach Club Wakanda is a few minutes away

Very nice rooms. Good place to eat breakfast and dinner. Car parking was great. Swimming pool was very good, although it was closed 19.00.

The staff was, to a person, not helpful or friendly. Several were actually a bit rude.

The room was clean and spacious. We had a packed breakfast arranged for day of departure what was a nice sandwhich and several pieces of fruit. It is within several hundred yards of public transportation which was very helpful.

The room and breakfast is amazing, however you need to know you are in a marina and understand what that means. The check-in is in a different building, the pool is on the other side of the marina. You enter the rooms using what seems to be an old part of the building. Once you find your way, great place for a quick 1 or 2 night stop or of course when you have a boat there.

however I felt extremely exposed being on the corner of the pier where people had nearly 360 views inside the accomodation thus couldn’t open any doors or blinds which defeats the point.

At first we got the worst room - much smaller with a noisy shower (something wrong with pipes). The room overlooked nasty roof that was presented us as a balcony under construction. See pictures. Moreover, on the day of our arrival we found a notice in the room that construction works would start next day at the balcony. No one informed us about it before the arrival or at the reception ! No no special offer, free drinks 👎 Next day in the morning we were woken up by a terrible noise of construction works and drilling… The reception service was not so helpful at first. Finally after one day we got propped room. The rest of stay was fine. To sum up: great breakfast, good location, nice cleaning service, good design but POOR SERViCE.

The rooms were in a building over the restaurant and shops but nowhere near the pool. There were no views and the balconies overlooked aircon units and weeds. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast but was a fancy fish restaurant for the rest of the time. Great for one meal out but not great if you want lunch and dinner for 5 days. The pool was salt water and was loaded with bleach and there weren't enough sun loungers unless you were prepared to pay for the double style beds. The pool table area was full of mosquitos. The shower cubicle didn't have a door or a shower curtain so the floor was flooded each time we showered.

The rooms were clearly recently refurbished and were modern and clean. The house boats seemed far nicer than the hotel and were in a much nicer and more convenient location. I chose the hotel specifically to have access to the swimming pool but this was quite a walk away from the pool.
