Very funky little self contained apartment, spacious, very clean, very well done out. Superb shower room, nicely equipped kitchen area, your own little patio outside to chill out if you so wish. I loved it!!! Pretty close to the centre too…

The apartment was great, equipped by all necessary tools what we need. Quiet area. Cosy terrace with barbecue. We have used this barbecue and happy from it. Very often when you see offers with barbecue on Booking it's impossible to use because housekeepers are not allowed it.

Just a little far from the center (5 minutes by car)

The garden (magic), free parking, full furnished apartment, the very comfortable bed. The apartment is very clean, well organized, with everything you can need for a perfect holiday. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher. Amazing attention for all the details. The owner is very kind!

The apartment is well located, close to the center and to shopping malls. The room is compact, but very functional, there is everything you need: a refrigerator, an electric stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, dishes, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board. The apartment smells good of pine as the room has wooden furniture. The owner of the apartment, Barbra, answers questions very quickly and kindly. When it was cool, she turned on more heating. I would recommend to add a second frying pan and additional teaspoons to the room.

There wasn’t any place to have diner near by except one restaurant that wasn’t working.

The property was clean and warm. It was perfectly equipped and the lady was nice. I only stayed for one night but felt absolutely satisfied.

The wi-fi signal and speed could have been better but every thing else was outstanding.

My partner and I went on a Euro trip through 12 countries over Christmas and we must say that the stay at Studio Lipa was one of the highlights of our travels. The studio felt very cosy, warm and welcoming and the area was very beautiful. They also provided slippers which made us feel like home. We wish we could have stopped for more than one night but will definitely return.

The apartment was perfect for our stay of three nights. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped and even bigger than expected. The apartment was cute, very clean and the atmosphere was welcoming and lovely. The private parking spot directly in front of the house was very practical. We were offered the use of two bikes free of charge during the time of our stay, which was a nice added benefit, even if we mostly walked everywhere. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient, and the owner was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

There was the strong smell of smoke in the entrance but luckily it was not noticeable in our room. For our preference the beds could have been firmer.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful! They had a beautiful garden that we enjoyed looking at. The room had everything we needed and the price was very reasonable.

It’s a little bit further from the centre than I expected, but on the flip side it meant I was in a slightly more relaxed and rural area.

It's a bit far away from the centre but in turn one has a beautiful garden and pleasant terrace. And if one has a car, not even the distance from the centre is a problem any more.

It's the 3rd time I have accomodation with Studio Lipa. I think there is no need of other recommendation. Pleasant atmosphere, nice and helpful host, a well equipped apartment.

Warm and friendly hosts! Well equipped and very clean studio with charming garden. It contains everything that you need for a short or longer stay, including wifi internet and cable TV. Located near the main road, but very quiet and with private parking. Easy to locate, come in and go out.

Very clean and warm room , amazing comfort bed and pillows.. Separate WC from shower.. Everything you need for short or long period of time in Maribor..
