A clean and spacious apartment, fully equipped with everything a family with children needs. There's a small kitchenette in the apartment and a large one in the shared hallway. Great communication with the owner. We highly recommend it. A great place to base yourself for exploring Velika Planina, just a 10-minute drive from the cable car station.

Good location, communication with owner through the booking message was quick, they explained everything we needed, playground behind building for children is for everyone who orders something in the bar (water, beer etc.).

Bed linen could smell a little bit better, mattresses were quite soft, room was clean but dont expect nothing super fancy. Sufficient for stay for that money. I would reccommend to owner to improve bed linen and mattresses. Playground is not open everyday. One day when it should be open it was booked for the private celebration without any warning/sign in advance.

There was a gym. Also the owner of the property was very nice. It was also perfect price for the location and the room.

The shower was moldy. Inside the house also smelled like mold. In the kitchen there were too little utensils for the amount of people staying there.

This place was listed as a good value for money; I see it as a missed opportunity due to poor facility management and hygiene. Property owners should invest more in cleanness of bathrooms; Also, beds and pillows should be more cleaner, as they smell.

The room was new, big and cozy. Very nice big shared kitchen and bathroom with various equipments.

The other guest were very noisy, during the night. Unfortunately, the walls and door were very thin, so we could hear everything. There was a washing machine and a dryer running all night (used by the noisy guests) so we could hear this as well very clear. There is no regulation about using the shared areas during the night time. Simply asking them to be bit quiet did not help.

Extremely basic, yet with all the main features one may need for a short stay. The property could be better kept imho, but room was big and clean, bed was okay. No TV but that's not important, for me at least. Shared kitchen and bathroom, both clean.

Two main downsides: -the price, way too high for what's offered (two thirds of it would be fair). -the absence of a curtain on the glass over the door, every time someone walks in the corridor it's like daytime in the room!

Fast and stable Wi-Fi. Bed is comfortable. Linen is clean. Shared bathroom is clean, with washing machine and dryer. Staff is very helpful and friendly. She lends me a hanging rack for drying clothes, and gives me some washing liquids.

No A/C / fan while the room in the late afternoon is very hot. It will be better to provide an electric kettle in the common kitchen. Amount of eating utensil is not enough if it is full-house booking. No bowl but only plate in the cupboard.

Location in a quite town, easy check in and access via electronic code, clean room

Had to explore the area to find wi-fi password (it could be shared via message altogether with door code, to save time), no tea pod in the kitchen, to find cutlery you need to search through dozens of lockers with dirty handles (hints on them could help to save time).

Nice place to stay. Clean appartement. Lovely nature around, ideal for hiking and Cycling.

Only light coming Inside the appartement from the corridor because of the glass tiles on the Top of the wall. Could help to put the curtains on them.

The towel and to have comforters/blanket

Too warm. Hard too sleep. An AC will be great

We booked last minute and the host was responsive and helpful. The room is pretty basic but perfect for a short stay. We also found the kitchen to be well equipped and the shower was excellent.

Upon arrival you will receive the room codes, thus you can accommodate every time you want. Owner is very helpful and kind. He tries to resolve every request you have to both side satisfaction. Accommodation is in house, you can use kitchen (all equipment there), laundry room. Bathroom, shower and toilet are clean. If you are cold there are electric radiators to heat up the room.

Nothing to complain about.

Lots of trampolines for my son free of charge, low cost accomodation according quality. Nice place outside of centre. Spacious parking place. Close to Velka Planina or Ljublana.

Old bathrooom & kitchen according price for accomodation. A little noisy ouside of the bedroom. Only private bedroom - all other shared with others - 3 rooms.

We stay only one night. For our purpose it was ideal. For the money it was prefect. If you looking for a luxury you will be disapointed.

Very roomy and great ac. Totally worth the money. Good amenities.

Absolutely nice and generous stuff. They opened the park for us, even though they didn't have to. Kind people.

Unfortunately it was nowhere written (on the Booking website) that the park does not work on Mondays and that it opens at 4:00 p.m. on other days. We went there because of the park and didn't know it would be closed.

easy reachable. parking near the main road. close to everything - cities, hiking and walking spots, also gym js available in there.
