Friendly staff and free parking in front of the building. Good location: 15 min walk to Portoroz and beaches. Free WiFi and minibar/fridge. Small room, but clean. Excellent value for a short stay.

asking 14 euro for laundry is absolutely absurd. Owners wishful thinking. Not only because we already paid 1000 euro for a month, more than anything else in our now 2 year long trip together. Like that was not enough money. we would never in our life use any service from those, our hands are perfect - to ride motorbike or to do our laundry. In almost any other guesthouse in the Balkans for 2 years it has been free to use the machines, particularly in winter.

We traveled here for a month, really it was the most economic apartment in the whole of Slovenia. We had no experience in the country and did not know anything at all about the area, all we wanted was to spend some good time, 1 month, in a country, like we spent 3 months in every other Balkan country, but for Slovenia it is just too expensive to stay. We were happy to be in Portoroz and our expectations were fulfilled. We took many day trips from there, also to Trieste.

Really lovely room, looked like it was recently renovated. Comfortabel beds and nice bathroom. Location was good, bus station and supermarket within walking distance and plenty of restaurants in the area. Host is really nice and helpful.

Lady in her best years, one of the owners, was not really polite. We were staying there with a dog. There was a situation where she had her yorkie dog in her hand and one cat was following her. It was like almost 10 pm, so it was dark. My dog barked at her 2-3 times and she just stand there and started talking back to us.

Our host was very friendly and approachable. There were papers in the room with all interesting places and restaurants in the area, parking was right next to the building, many terraces where you can enjoy morning coffee with amazing view. Koblar is close to the beaches, restaurants, but also quiet place where you can really relax. For such a price, it was a real win for our stay.

As I entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell. Overall, the room is quite small. In addition, cars are parked directly in front of the rooms, which can be noisy when someone arrives or leaves. Also, the price is exceptionally high for the service.

Location is easy to approach. Check in process is automated, and therefore easy.

it was rather noisy in the room in the morning due to traffic on the national road just in front. Old door and windows didn't offer sufficient noise insulation. This is apparently going to change soon (revovation ongoing). Once this is fixed it will be very good. It would perhaps also be nice to have a ln electric kettle available in the room (opinional, but nice to have)

For my visit to Portorož the location was great (close to town, shops, restos), with convenient parking at the room doorstep. The room was very clean the price was competitive, internet and cableTV and were good too. Good contact with the owner. Very Late check-in was possible to arrange on the fly. A welcome bottle of water that saved my life:)

the walls were very thin—you could hear everything. I could hear my neighbor coughing, going to the bathroom, and it disturbed my sleep. I was also disturbed by inconsiderate neighbors who were making noise and laughing until 1 AM. A few days later, a couple arrived with a dog that they left inside the room for over an hour. The dog was crying, scratching at the door, and barking, which was very disruptive.

The room was clean and functional, but I was surprised that despite it being a two-bed room, there was only one pillow and one blanket. Everywhere else I've stayed, even with single occupancy, they've provided at least two pillows. Additionally, the walls were very thin—you could hear everything. The room was really tiny, we barely had any space. The bed matrasse was quite unconfortable, it caused us backpain after a couple of days. Shower cabin had half of it's door missing, so the floor was wet all the time. There were not enough horse dryer for all of the guests so we couldn't get one, therefore we had to hang our wet towels and bathing suits on the window cover bars or the fence. There is a road very near to the room, wich was quite noisy in the morning. We stayed for 5 nights which was way too much under these circumstances, shorter stay is recommended.

The room was well-equipped, had an air conditioner in it and everything was tidy. The owner was friendly and helpful.
