We spent a fantastic 12 days at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive – always ready to help with a smile and the reassuring words: “We’ll take care of it, you just relax, you’re on holiday.” Breakfast was varied and delicious, the view amazing, the pools were spotless, and the hotel’s private beach area (included in the price) made it even more enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, and with a wide selection of restaurants nearby, it was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We would gladly return!

SPA facilities are shared among multiple hotels from the same hotel chain and not at the same level of excellence as the hotel itself. Also, I would prefer to have larger soap and shampoo containers in my hotel room, small ones are quite inconvenient.

Staff is very kind and helpful, a perfect 10! Hotel is well organized; pick up services run smoothly, and all requests are managed in a timely manner. Rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained. Loved the breakfast, great selection suitable for all diets.

The coffee machines in the breakfast room don't always make good coffee.

The breakfast room is light and airy. Despite a full hotel you didn't feel rushed or crowded at any of the many breakfast buffet tables offering very high quality food and ample healthy options. Our room had a separate WC with own sink, very practical. The location is unsurpassed - shopping and the best bars (Mignon) and restaurants (the hotel's Istrian Bistro) are only minutes away on foot.

Everything was great. The only minor issue is that the beach was open till 19h which we thought was too early on very warm longest days of the year (late June, beginning of July).

Very nice hotel on the promenade in the town center. Very polite, efficient and helpful staff. Mateja was particularly great in his manners and presence! Spacious room, comfortable bad, excellent quiet air conditioning. Very nice bathroom. Coffee facilities in the room. Excellent breakfast. Very nice part of the beach for hotel guests. Valet parking for hotel guests.

The corridors connecting the hotel to the Spa facilities, very long and confusing at times.

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the hotel. Our room was spotless, our bathroom was very spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Each morning, we looked forward to breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, but I wasn’t sure about the coffee from their coffee machine. One of the highlights of our stay was the dinner we had at the tapas restaurant attached to the hotel. The every dish we tried was full of flavor and beautifully presented. We also made use of the spa facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and very relaxing. But I avoided using the strange corridors connecting the facilities and preferred to use a quick and easy to navigate on the street route. Another major plus was getting a spot in the hotel’s private garage. It made coming and going incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly return for another visit.

Lots of conference guests during the week, which made the stay feel a bit more business orientated than leisure.

This is a lovely five star hotel, with a salt water pool and access to additional salt pools a couple of hotels away, which can be accessed through internal corridors. There are 6 Life Class hotels that all share access to the pools. We preferred the pool in Hotel Slovenia itself, although the Terme & Wellness centre did have a few additional features and was still available to access after checkout. The beds were super comfy and beach/pool towels were changed daily. Breakfast had a great choice of foods. I have an allergy to cows milk and there was a lot more available to eat than most hotels I've stayed in. We ate dinner in the hotel on one evening and it didn't disappoint. There are plenty of other restaurants and cafes nearby.

The room is nice and well equipped with everything we need. However, as one minor thing, the bathroom/shower does not have a door, but a big window into the room (Toilet is of course separate with a door). But there is not a full privacy, when you are showering. We see this trend generally at many modern hotels, but we don´t like it much. Nevertheless, this will not keep us from coming back. We´re already looking forward to next time.

All of the staff (reception, bell boy, restaurant/waiters, room maid) are very friendly and helpful. This is unique and has been perfect during both our stays (last year, this year). The location of the hotel with direct view of the sea is great and invites to long and relaxing walks along the sea shore to Piran. Also of note, there is a very good fitness gym and great sea spa and sauna area, which make this the perfect relaxing and enjoyable place , even when the weather is not as hot as in summer. Breakfast buffet and evening buffect is also great (even for people with dietary challenges).

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is connected to other hotels, where you can also visit other hotel pools (the best part is that the pools have sea water). The rooms are renovated, beautiful, clean and big, as is the bathroom. Satisfied and would love to come back :)

I can't say anything bad, except that I had to walk a lot through a labyrinth to get to the spa.

Everything was impeccable, they even took the car to the parking lot and brought it to the reception when we wanted to go. Both breakfast and dinner were impeccable.

Hotel has a perfect location. Very nice and modern hotel. Staff is very polite and professional. The rooms are comfy and very clean. Mini bar is good with normal prices. Bathrooms ist very clean and very comfy. Beds are so nice, and the pillows were like a cloud to sleep on. Breakfast was very good with so many choices. Everything was tasty and fresh Swimming pools in hotel are very nice, even nicer then the ones in the thermal area. We are very satisfied. For every recommendation.
