The location was perfect in the city center, the staff was nice, helped with all questions, the room and shower were clean, everything was good

The fact that it is located above the restaurants made it a little noisy in the evening.

The personnel was really good. They helped us with all things and problems. We really appreciated their approach and help in all aspects.

The room was really small. We couldn’t even move in the room properly. Beds were separated and very big, starting from next to the door. First night there was no shower in the room because of the flood. And the rooms were really hot, air conditioners were not enough and making too much noise.

Close to the city center.

Small room, bad metres,shared bathroom, tv with no signal, wifi with no Internet, bad smell from the restaurant under the room, no AC, noise from the street... It is worth 10 euros, not 100.

The bathroom was shared and I payed 106€ and it wasn't on the title so I didn't notice..the room was so small with no A/C.it was very hot inside..nothing at all for client to give 106€!!!!!the bathroom didn't have windows and it was like a sauna

People that work at the fast food below were very helpful and nice. Location was perfect.

No air conditioning, just a fan that blows air. No private bathroom, we shared it with 2 other rooms. No queen/king size beds, for a couple its two twin beds.

Great stay. Excellent location in the old town very close to everything. Check in was easy at the restaurant underneath the apartments. Easy to leave bags after we checked out for a few hours waiting for our bus. Room was clean and tidy, no AC but had a fan

Central location, but reasonably quiet. Wonderfully tasty breakfast downstairs at Šeherezada kebab shop! Friendly staff.

It is possible that the wifi is not entirely safe to use (online credit card transactions), but the problems I had a couple of days later could have been caused by something else, as well. Very small rooms. Reception not open if you come later, so the very nice kebab shop workers have to give you the key. Expensive, but Ljubljana has become more expensive recently.

The staff offered to do our laundry for free which was great! Very friendly too

Nothing to be honest.

The room was excessively small. The breakfast was recycled food from the Kebab restaurant (fries, hard boiled eggs from the fridge, fluorescent ham). Very slow reaction time on email contact. Very poor command of English.

I am traveling after more than 20 years and it will be the worst visible area in a 3x3m room without a window with a fan, the rooms are located at the back of several restaurants, the service lies straight to your face and is focused only on one-time drunk guests, the temperature in the room was about 30 degrees, the air conditioner does not work, the representative cheated me by saying that he will return the funds, he only waited for me to leave then he wrote that it is not possible, rooms for hours, such places should not be on booking

size, lack of windows l, seriously!!! no air conditioning and restaurants backyard- no fresh air, poor service

The location is amazing. Hosts were friendly enough, it was easy to comunicate. Everything you need is really near the flat. Shared bathroom kept really clean by host.

AC wasn't strong enough and we couldn' open the window because of mosquitos.

Very very central. Literally a short walk to most places. Right next to the Dragon Bridge. The breakfast was good, and they understood my request for it to be vegan. The room was really clean. And even though there was no fridge in our room, the staff took our food and put it in their refrigerator and gave it to us the next morning.

As the hotel is very central, it can get very loud outside. If you are sensitive to noise, then take earplugs. Also, there is no air conditioning and it was quite difficult to sleep because it was so hot.

Had everything needed. Great to have breakfast included.

Bathroom small & not as functional if portable aircon in use.
