This is a lovely hotel right in the old part of town. You’re just 1 short block off the sea so it’s quiet but convenient. I assume it’s an old building but it has been meticulously & tastefully updated. Breakfast included was a lovely self serve buffet with many choices & healthy options. Because we had to check out early, they even packed a breakfast to take away.

I know it's cause if the no-cars situation in Piran. But we do were surprised of the cost of the parking after our booking. We parked the car in the next village and came by bicycle to the hotel.

We really appreciated the welcome drink when we arrived. The breakfast was amazing and also the restaurant is a great place to dine.

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly, the bed was super comfortable, and although it’s just 20 meters from the beach, it was quiet at night. Everything was well organized, including the transport. We would gladly come back again – highly recommended!

The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were clean and very comfortable. While there isn’t any parking at the hotel, they were able to offer parking offsite at a charge and arranged a buggy to come and collect us - communications around this were very clear. It isn’t a luxurious boutique hotel but there’s absolutely nothing that I could fault. The location could not have been better!

The parking situation in Piran in general is very tricky. This hotel does a great job with the shuttle and private parking area but it is still a bit of a hassle

Excellent location close to the sea. Lovely rooftop bar with free chilled water and fruit juice. Excellent buffet breakfast and lovely restaurant. Also very useful shuttle service to/ from bus or car park on arrival/departure.

The curtains did not block all the light in the morning, and other guests could sometimes be heard through the walls.

I liked everything. I would add a fridge since with the heat it was impossible to keep water cold. And if I were being nitpicky maybe a kettle or allow guests to use the coffee /tea machine throughout the day. Bur

The location of the accommodation was absolutely perfect, very close to the sea. Breakfast was really good too, with fresh fruit, pastries, and even hot dishes made to order. Plus, the room was clean and cozy.

Offer private parking with transfer to the hotel which is great ( can’t take cars into the centre of piran ) Hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable and 30 second walk for a swim in the sea. Staff very helpful. Would recommend and stay again

I think a bit more thought to the layout and contents of the bedroom. It was comfortable and clean but a bit cluttered.

A small, authentic and lovely hotel, in the heart of old Piran. Location was excellent, close to the seafront and only a short but gorgeous walk to main centre. Breakfast was excellent and they really need to know about food. The restaurant was popular and I regret not having a meal there while we had a chance.

The location was very good. It is very modern and renovated. The rooftop terrace was very nice for an evening glass of wine. We ate at the attached restaurant for breakfast-the buffet is extensive and includes cooked to order eggs. We also had dinner there: it was one of the best meals we’ve had on our trip by far! The food was great quality and very well prepared: the service was attentive and spot-on. It’s a wonderful place to stay!

No fridge in the room. Cobblestone path surrounding the building was difficult to traverse with luggage. You can't drive in the city area so you have to park in a parking garage about 20 minutes away, take a city-run shuttle bus to the center square, and then walk to the hotel. Doesn't take long, just a pain with luggage. Shuttle bus is NOT well suited for luggage (don't understand why they don't let you in the back doors), you'd almost be better off walking from the garage. City garage we parked at was also complicated to figure out (take elevator all the way to the ground floor and then walk down the side alley to the shuttle area, not well marked overall but not related to the hotel).

Nice stay in the beautiful seaside town of Piran. Room was small but comfortable, bathroom was nice, bed comfy. Very friendly staff. Breakfast included, a bit limited offering but has the essentials, nice to have overall. Restaurant in the lobby looked nice but we didn't visit. Beautiful rooftop patio accessible to all the guests, can bring your own food/drink up and enjoy the view. Piran is a beautiful town and has lots of nice walking trails looking out to the water. Must visit!

nothing really major, elevator was slow, so I rather used the stairs and the room was slightly on the smaller side, but I couldn't care less about any of those things

value for money in the middle of the historical centre Amazing, extraordinary breakfast. I spent about 60 nights a year in hotels and this was one of the best breakfasts I had in some time. Reasonable choice and superb quality on a very compact table in a small hotel. Amazing and for me one of the most important things in a hotel. If I stay again in Piran, the breakfast will be the reason I come back to this hotel.
