Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are both amazing! The private beach that may be used by hotel guests only is also very nice, as well as the indoor pool and other spa facilities. Excellent location, very close to the city center in a safe and friendly neighborhood.

SloveniaI was staying in the Casa Rosa rooms and the cleaning crew for our room did not come to clean everyday they just came to give us a fresh towel and they took the trash out. But as I expect for 4 star hotel and for the price we paid they should be cleaning the rooms every day.
This year it was my second time using the same hotel and I had a good time and enjoyed the food too their staff and service were amazing. Their outdoor pool is excellent!

HungaryThe room was not properly maintained. The walls are stained (paint is essential!), the refrigerator is dirty. The cleaning staff does not do a bad job, but the room is worn out and the guest does not feel clean. It was strange that the blanket was just a sheet without a duvet. The passageway and stairs between the hotel and the parking lot could also use a little cleaning. With a little maintenance, it could be much better.
The hotel guests can use the services of the neighboring 5* Metropol hotel (breakfast, bar, wellness), which was very good. A wide selection, good atmosphere, delicious breakfast, great bar with very friendly staff. The location is very good, parking is also available in a garage. The reception was very nice, we got a room with a sea view, even though we booked a park view. The hotel's beaches are on the beach, separated from the hotel by a park and a road. There were many people there, but we didn't like it, so we chose another place on the beach to swim.

SerbiaFew minor details. When you are on the outdoor pool you have to go all the way to lobby bar to order drinks. Also there is no tables by sun beds. Scrambled eggs are overcooked and cold. There are infrared heaters for all food, but it’s not enough to keep it worm. Probably there is no problem when you have more guests in hotel.
Renovated rooms with perfect view on sea and marina. Big balcony. Room is bigger than usual, very clean with good design. Good breakfast with breathtaking terrace view on city beach in nature shade. Excellent wellness, unfortunately in basement without any windows or natural light. Good indoor and outdoor pool. Perfect sun beds.

AustriaThere is one thing that i want to say - as this hotel is a 4 Star hotel i think at least guests should have bathrobes and slippers in the room.
Once more we stayed in this hotel. Hotel is fully renovated. Everything looks good. Nice location. Check in went smooth. Dinner and breakfast at Metropol were as always very good. Staff was very polite. We enjoyed the pool at Metropol.

United KingdomIt was quite laborious getting between the main hotel and the annexe in the family room with a child in a buggy, involving three different lifts and numerous corridors. It would be nice if there was a more direct step free route. Also be warned the pool is a salt water pool. I enjoyed it but it came as a surprise to my children who were expecting something else.
The breakfast was amazing. The bed was insanely comfortable. The views from the balcony were lovely and the staff very kind to our children.
