Very close to the Postojna caves. Easy check in and check out. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were comfortable. The host was very helpful and recommended a great restaurant. The rooms included everything we needed. Would recommend this property to anyone needing a nice, clean and nearby place to stay when visiting the caves.

The only issue I had were that the towels were a little hard (not fluffy). Also, there is no air conditioning but we didn’t need it the night we stayed.

We booked the room for three people, located on the ground floor. The parking is right in front of the room, very convenient. Postojna Cave is at walking distance (about a 15-20' walk), or a 3-4 minute drive. The host was nice and the check-in was easy. We arrived a bit late but it was not a problem, having this arranged in advance. The room is small but everything is at hand. We were in transit, stayed only one night and it was perfect for this purpose, I can't tell how it is for a longer stay.

There are only a few public places and stores in the vicinity, so if you plan to arrive late be prepared with everything. Apparently stores close early in Slovenia and they don't sell alcohol after 9 p.m. (including beer, even zero alcohol!) Petrol stations included.

Good location and very reasonably priced. The owner was helpful and very kind.

Not really a negative, just something to be aware of: card payment is not possible.

the owner of the house is very kind, even though I came late in the evening, she was ready to welcome me. the location of the hotel is very good and a very quiet place. If you are going to visit Postojna, I suggest you go to "tourist rooms Sajovic", the best in the city

Perfect location for seeing Postojna caves, and few minutes away from the centre with bakeries and restaurants. Clean and host was friendly. It would have been great to have a fridge, kettle and crockery for the little dining space.

    Nothing

Spiral staircase is a deathtrap. Impossible to take suitcase to the room. Bed was rocking and swaying like a horse - impossible to sleep. Towels were grey with age and hard enough to remove your skin. This place should not be afforded advertising on booking.com

A sobe(room) in a private house ran by an absolutely beautiful woman. So kind and generous. Lovely big openable window looking out onto the cherry tree. Which the owner picked 2cups worth and gave them to me to enjoy. Fresh cherries from the tree! A quiet area, with a short walk to the river and the cave. A few great day walks nearby.

I couldn't get the key to lock the room, I couldn't remove the key from the lock

The host was very nice and friendly. The room was cozy and pleasant and also afforded us suitable privacy although it was located in somebody's house.

The window in the bedroom faces a sporting area, just a few meters away and on the same level, so not much of a view. There was a screen for the window, but for someone not used with such screens, it was quite difficult to understand how to operate it. My tip to the owner: include instructions for how to raise and lower the window screen. The door to the toilet + bathroom was see-through. Only accessible to the other occupant and separate from the room itself; still, some kind of screen would have been nice.

Good parking place outside the building. 10 min walking distance to the city center and about 15 min on foot to the cave. Had everything you needed for a short stay, including a fridge [not a full kitchen].

Very pleasant stay for us, me and my son. We traveled by motorcycle and got completely wet. The owner allowed to use their dryer to dry all clothing and in the morning we could continue in trip. Room was perfect, dry and warm. Thank you Štěpán
