This place is just awesome :) The host was super nice and helpful. The rooms and the common areas are very nice and really clean. We felt like we were at home. The kitchen has everything you need and has a small balcony with magnificent view. The beds are comfortable and we had an air conditioner, so the fact that the room is in the attic didn't make any difference.

Very nice place close to Tolmin. Quiet. We were 3 of us and stayed there for 2 nights by only ourselfs. We took advantage to be there and use common toilet/showers/kitchen.

Rooms can be a bit noisy, however there is a house rule so no noise after certain hour.

Very close (walking distance) to main venue of Soca Outdoor Festival. If you are trail runner, the place is perfect. There is a well-equipped kitchen, with coffee available. And balcony to dry running clothes. The owner is a nice guy.

Two of our four beds had quite firm, thin mattresses. No major problem though.

We had a large and and comfortable bedroom with shared bathroom and kitchen. Everything was clean, nice vibes, the host was super friendly and helpful. Good views from the balcony. Nice & quiet location, at the edge of a small village 5min out of Tolmin, right next to a large meadow - very good when you have a car, a bit complicated when you need to rely on the public bus.

Small letdown for me was a low ceiling in our room, if you are over 180 cm, you will have to crouch a bit to get to your bed, but it's not a big deal. Other thing was a weak(?) induction hob in the kitchen, took more time than expected to cook our dinner.

Very nice and helpful owner, gave me a lot of tips for cool places to check around and gave us a bit more time to stay because I was a bit sick and couldn't drive. The place has everything you could need, clean toilets, showers and a kitchen. Also very pretty views all around the building.

Very nice rooms and facilities without having to share them with too many other guests. Also at a very decent price. Staff very friendly and they had a lovely dog who greeted us!

The bathroom has two showers and toilets (one for men, one for women :) ), and two sinks, but these and the kitchen are shared between 3 bedrooms. Also the TV is in the kitchen area, which is large enough for this, but everyone must agree on what to watch, of course. The women's shower drain was clogged when we were there, but surely an easy fix for them.

It was a good location for us, being about halfway between the Slovenia ski area (Vogel) and Trieste. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Great view from the kitchen, and there is a balcony, and everything seems quite new!

The staff. The communication. The cleanliness. The comfort of the beds. The low ceilings, which have a sky light that can't be blocked out. Be prepared to wake up at 5-6AM. The biggest disappointment was the staff, who was very rude. I booked a triple room and was one person and he acted as if I had done something wrong. Whenever I messaged the property for additional information or towels etc., I was ignored. Also, there is absolutely nothing in area in terms restaurants or stores. I would not recommend staying at this property unless you can't find anything else in Tolmin.

The room was satisfactory and clean. The bathroom was shared and ok but not cleaned at all during a 3 day stay. The AC worked well when needed.
