Superb in every way! I've stayed in many apartments all over Europe - this far exceeded expectations. Excellent communication with the host before and during the stay, quick response, very kind and helpful. The location is perfect - right on the river, lovely views from the windows. Plenty of good natural light. Despite the heat the apartment doesn't get too hot but the AirCon is really good to have. It's very quiet. Safe and secure entry, great to have lift access. Super comfortable bed and bedding, I slept so well. Excellent modern kitchen and facilities. Brilliant bathroom with washing machine. Superb storage for wardrobe and drawers. Great mirrors. No unnecessary cluttered decorations, best to keep apartment decor simple white fresh. Super clean. The apartment isn't huge but it was plenty spacious for me and they've designed the interior in a clever way to use the space wisely. The washing machine was so good - better than mine at home! The appliances are all top quality, they've invested wisely in good brands. They've thought of everything - they give you washing machine capsules, all cleaning products, all manner of toiletries, even ladies shaving razors!!!! If you forget anything i think they've thought of it! There is a key card to throw away General waste in the communal bins - this worked so well as I like to leave apartments clean and throw away my trash. The waste management process in Slovenia is amazing and I wish we had this system in the UK. The location is perfect. Right in the heart of the town. Everything is practically on the doorstep, so easy to walk everywhere. I loved staying in this apartment and would love to stay again. The location was amazing and the view overlooking the river was so beautiful to wake up to every morning. For a smaller studio, the layout was effective and efficient. The shower was nice and we appreciated the washer in the unit. The apartment is right above some cafes and bars which can be loud at night, but the apartment itself is soundproofed so that you cannot hear it inside. The host was very communicative and friendly - she provided some food recommendations that we explored during our stay and found some of our favorites places in Ljubljana. We loved it here - would definitely stay again.

A magnificent small studio apartment with a kitchen, located in the heart of the city, right above one of the busiest streets. The apartment has everything you need (even an umbrella, which came in handy!). It's noisy below the windows, but that's not a problem because you have air conditioning, so there's no need to sleep with the windows open. Overall, this place made an extremely positive impression. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. The hallway outside the room is about a zillion degrees so make sure to have your entry password on hand before exiting the elevator.

Location, location, location. This apartment is ideally situated in the heart of the pedestrian zone right on the river. Very comfortable, great views, communicative hosts, detailed check-in procedures, washing machine, elevator, and free parking.

Fabulous location. We could walk everywhere within the city. Very Clean and comfortable apartment. Lift to the 3rd floor. The Hosts are responsive and keep checking in with us, we appreciate it. In addition the hosts were so thoughtful; we found things we forgot to bring - umbrellas, & charger in the drawers so thank you for letting us use it while we stayed in the apt. It was so good to have a washing machine with a strong drying function. 10/10 stay. We will def stay here again when we come back to Ljubljana.

Check in was a little rough. I have the eSIM work globally but not in Slovenia which I didn't find out until we got to the front door of the apt. The apt will open the front door remotely only if you have the signal. We have to logged into some local bar's Wi-Fi to contact the owner and open the front door. When we get the third floor apt, the code is not the right one. So, we have to go up and down the elevator for a couple times to get a correct code. The owner was very helpful during this time so we were able to get into the apt afterward. When we opened the apt door, all the stressed went away. We just loved the place. One tiny suggestion is the curtain which is thin, white translucent and a bit small for the windows. Either way we pulled, there's going to be a gap exposed for the privacy. The light from street will come through at night. If you like to sleep in a dark environment, this might be a little challenge.

The location is fantastic. It's located in the city center of Ljubljana. On the right hand side of the apt. is the information center which you can find all kinds of the local tours. Behind the apt is a 15 minutes walk to the Ljubljana Castel which you can see the city view of Ljubljana. Across from the apt is Franciscan Church of the Annunciation (It's pink so easy to spot) which become the landmark to guide us back to the apt. In front of the apt street is full of café and restaurants. There's no shortage of drink and food for your daily meals or hangout places. The apt is a bit small but the owner has thoughtfully design to make everything work so smoothly from kitchen to bathroom. The double window cuts off all the street noise at night. It was a great stay for two of us.

Wish I can stay longer

The room was impeccably clean and spotless. After a week of traveling, their bed was by far the most comfortable, and I had the best sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; despite my lack of preparation, they assisted me patiently with everything from navigating the train station to figuring out how to open the door. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance and plenty of restaurants downstairs to choose from. The view from the window was simply magnificent.

Everything was great. You have to walk a bit to unload your luggage but the owners gave us free parking and clear instructions on where to go that made up for the walk.

It’s right on the river in central Lyublyana so not only convenient but great to look out the window at the folks below.

Instructions to enter the apartment were not clear, possibly a language barrier. Need google maps to find a door that is nestled between 2 restaurants where literally have to ask people to move thier chairs while they are dining to get in and out the door. When you arrive you have to call a phone number and the door is automated and will unlock for 3 seconds if you are standing by it and hear it unlock. The apartment is run by a "rental service" throughout Slovenia so do not expect any personal attention.

The location was excellent right above a street along the river lined with "romantic restaurants". Short walk to the Farmers market. The room was clean and cozy had all creature comforts and a full kitchen. We did not use the "Free Parking" since it was way far away. There was a paid parking garage 4 blocks away. The apartment was quiet at night even though there were restaurants below.

Nothing, everything was excellent

The location is fantastic! Right in the heart of the old town, but quiet enough when you close the windows at night to get a great night’s sleep. The apartment was spotless, modern and with everything you need. Communication with the host team was amazing from start to finish. They are so responsive and friendly and have so much information for you to make the most out of the stay. Having parking is an amazing plus. One of the great things about Ljubljana old town is the pedestrianisation everywhere, so the parking is a short walk away but it was no trouble for us even with our bags - less than 10 mins and really easy to find. We loved everything about our stay - if you are looking at this place, don’t hesitate just book it, it’s amazing!
